Remorse After Breaking Up (Sebastian) novel Chapter 878

"Damn it! Sebastian's too full of himself. Let me teach him a lesson!" A male disciple of the Gaudium Sect fumed with anger as he prepared to get up. But before he could rise, a hand pressed down on his shoulder with enough force to keep him in place.

He turned to Juniper with a puzzled expression and asked, "Mr. Gaudium, why did you stop me?"

Juniper shot back with a question, "How do you fare against Freya?"

The disciple's confidence shattered instantly. Although he had never fought Freya, her earlier move made it clear that he was likely out of her league. Plus, challenging Sebastian would only result in humiliation.

"Mr. Gaudium, why don't you go and deal with that brat? We can't let him keep strutting around like that," he suggested.

"Me? Why should I waste my time on him?" Juniper replied dismissively.

The disciple hurriedly responded, "Of course he's not worthy of your attention. You're the top talent of South Mount and could crush him with just a finger. But this brat is far too arrogant. I doubt anyone else can deal with him but you."

"He's just a clown." Juniper's expression brimmed with contempt.

Then, he turned to Isolde. "Ms. Nebulosa, the disciples from my sect and the Lacuna Sect have made our moves. It's your turn to let your disciples showcase their skills."

Zeke nodded in agreement. "Mr. Gaudium's right. Ms. Nebulosa, your disciples should take the next round."

"Laura, go face that brat." Isolde couldn't refuse, so she called on her strongest disciple.

Of course, by "strongest", she meant the strongest of the disciples she had brought. It was worth noting that the Nebulosa Sect's two strongest disciples were absent.

"Yes, Ms. Nebulosa."

Laura Zimmer stepped forward and glanced briefly at Sebastian. With a quick push off the ground, she leaped into the air and reached his height in a flash. They were roughly ten feet apart, looking into each other's eyes.

She wore a light blue dress that fluttered softly in the wind, which gave her an ethereal appearance. Her hair cascaded over her shoulders and brushed against her fair skin. She radiated a fresh and graceful charm.
