Remorse After Breaking Up (Sebastian) novel Chapter 727

Just as their lips were about to touch, Sebastian abruptly stopped and pushed Leticia away.

"What's wrong, Mr. Wilder?" Leticia looked bewildered, unsure why he suddenly became angry.

Sebastian said sarcastically, "Leticia, you're really willing to go all out to deal with me, huh? Sacrificing your body as part of your scheme?"

Realizing Sebastian misunderstood her, Leticia quickly explained, "Mr. Wilder, it's not like that. Please trust me, just this once. I also have something very important to tell you."

"What is it?" Sebastian asked.

"My father is practicing a forbidden, evil technique. He's using the blood of 3000 boys, 3000 girls, and many warriors to cultivate it. Once he succeeds, his power will increase exponentially. No one will be able to stop him then," Leticia said anxiously.

"What? Something like this is happening?" Sebastian was shocked.

Leticia continued, "Mr. Wilder, I'm telling the truth. If you don't believe me, I can take you to see it. Once you're there, you'll know whether or not I'm lying."

"Leticia, you should know by now that killing you is easy for me. The consequences of deceiving me will be severe," Sebastian warned.

"If you find my lying, you can kill me at any time," Leticia said.

Sebastian's suspicion lessened, so he followed Leticia out of the forest. Under her guidance, they approached a valley.

The valley was located deep in the mountains. Before they were close to it, Sebastian immediately sensed a chilling aura and smelled the pungent scent of blood in the air.

Quietly, Sebastian dealt with several sentries. Then, they moved to a vantage point overlooking the valley.

As they crawled, they were shocked by the scene.

In the valley, all 3000 boys and 3000 girls had been beheaded, and numerous warrior corpses lay on the sacrificial altar. The bodies were piled high, and their blood was flowing into a crystal pool.
