Remorse After Breaking Up (Sebastian) novel Chapter 672

"What's the matter? You don't want to?" Sebastian asked with a cold smile.

"No! I'll go and get the water right away," Heather quickly said.

"That's more like it. Having the honor of washing my feet… that's something you can brag about for the rest of your life," Sebastian said proudly.

Although Heather was cursing him silently, she didn't dare to speak out loud. She went to get a basin of water and began washing his feet, all the while secretly swearing under her breath.

For someone like her, the beloved daughter of a wealthy family, washing another person's feet was something only the lowest of the low would do.

She'd rather Sebastian take advantage of her in other ways than suffer this humiliation, yet she had no choice.

After she was done, Sebastian kicked her to the ground without hesitation. Before she could get up, he placed his foot on her face.

Heather was furious. Having her face trampled on was an insult. She wanted nothing more than to rip Sebastian to pieces.

However, resistance was out of the question. She wouldn't even let the slightest trace of anger show on her face.

Looking down at her, Sebastian said, "You've always strutted around, throwing your weight around as the city lord's daughter, and treating everyone else like dirt. Now that the tables have turned, how does it feel to be humiliated?"

Heather cursed him in her heart but forced herself to reply with a look of contrition, "I know I was wrong. I should have never bullied everyone else. From now on, I'll turn over a new leaf. Please… just spare my life, and I'll serve you well."

Sebastian laughed as he said, "I know you're not sincere, but it doesn't matter. I'll let you off today, but if I ever hear of you bullying anyone again, I won't hesitate to take your life."

"It won't happen again! I swear it," Heather quickly promised.

Sebastian slipped on his shoes and left the room.

Most of the guests had already gone by now, though a few remained.

Among them were Korbin and his daughter, Kaitlyn, along with Hendrick and his daughter, Abigail.

As Sebastian came out of the room, their reactions varied.

"There's no need to dwell on the past. Is there anything else?" Sebastian asked.

Korbin said, "There's something I don't understand. With your level of cultivation, why did you bother taking the assessment for our Netherworld Sect?"

Kaitlyn looked at Sebastian curiously.

"I'm interested in your sect's techniques," Sebastian said candidly without hiding his intentions.

"Oh…" Korbin was very shocked. "Mr. Wilder, with your level of cultivation, I'm sure that the techniques you've practiced are far superior. Although our sect's techniques are good, they aren't exactly top-tier. What could possibly interest you?"

Sebastian replied, "Your sect's Sunfire and Moonshadow technique guides aren't top-tier, but if I'm not mistaken, they were once part of the same technique before they were split."

"How do you know that?"

Korbin was utterly shocked. This was one of the highest secrets of the Netherworld Sect, known only to a handful of its core members.
