Remorse After Breaking Up (Sebastian) novel Chapter 1139

Bryn and Gaius were extremely pale. Never did they imagine that they were so dumb and had been offending the real Supreme One.

Leila, Lila, Emmet, and the others were full of regret. Their previous acts of accusing and sneering at Sebastian now seemed so ridiculous and ignorant.

Rooted to the spot, they gaped at Stephanie and the guards, their hearts filled with fear and regret, and wondered how Sebastian would deal with them.

The place was as quiet as a graveyard, and only heavy breathings and hearts thumping could be heard.

"What? Is he the Supreme One? That's impossible!" Leila was flabbergasted. The ex-fiance she deemed useless was the supreme lord who was far above her reach. She found it hard to accept this outcome.

Lila was also wearing a look of shock and disbelief.

"This can't be true. How is it possible that he's the Supreme One?" Trevor uttered in disbelief.

Fiona, however, was in remorse. "It's all your fault. A long time ago, I had a hunch that Sebastian—no, it's Mr. Wilder—has an extraordinary flair, but you and Lila are clueless and gave up such a great serendipity."

Tears flowed out of Lila's eyes. She was regretful now. If she hadn't divorced Sebastian, she would be the wife of the Supreme One.

Meanwhile, Deimante covered her mouth, shock written all over her eyes.

After a moment of stunned silence, everyone hurriedly bowed and greeted, "All hail the Supreme One."

AGaius, Bryn, Trevor, Emmet, and the others were pale from fear and trembling.

"Rise, everyone!" Sebastian said, looking at Stephanie and the others.

"Thank you, Supreme One," they thanked and stood up. However, the others remained on their knees and didn't dare to get up, breaking out in cold sweat.

"What? Break one arm?" The crowd at the scene trembled in fear. Although their lives would be spared, they would become disabled with only one arm.

"Supreme One, please let us off!" The people kept groveling, begging for forgiveness, but Sebastian wasn't soft-hearted.

"Lila, why are you still in a daze? Go and beg him now!" Trevor reminded her.

"After the way we treated him before, he must hate us to the core now. He won't forgive us even if I beg him." Shaking her head, Lila smiled wryly in regret.

Trevor argued, "No, the situation is exactly the opposite. Despite being such a great man, he'd rather marry into our family. This shows that he has strong feelings for you. As long as you approach him gently, he'll definitely forgive you."

Lila's eyes lit up, and she walked to Sebastian. "My lord, I'm sorry. I was wrong. Please forgive me, and let's start over."
