The healer was equally furious, and he snapped back, "You unreasonable girl! You insisted on seeing it. How else am I supposed to show you if I don't take down my pants?"

"You disgusting old man! Even if it's a treasure, it shouldn't be kept in your pants!" Bryn retorted, feeling embarrassed and angry.

The healer chuckled wryly. "And where else would I keep it? In my hand?"

The crowd couldn't contain themselves anymore and burst into laughter. Some were even bent over with mirth. The Blanc family guards also stifled their chuckles, and their faces turned red from their suppressed laughter.

Realizing the implication from everyone's reactions, Bryn blushed furiously, feeling like she wanted to disappear on the spot.

"Ms. Bryn, Mr. Talon instructed us to bring him back to treat Mr. Aime. If we beat him to death, how will we explain this to him?" one of the guards asked cautiously.

"Fine. Beat him half to death, then bring him back!" Bryn ordered seethingly.
