Reborn From Ashes novel Chapter 120

"You…you bastard! I'll kill you one day!" Morgan's face contorted with rage. His expression was as menacing as a vengeful spirit.

He couldn't fathom how Hayden had changed so much, becoming even more shameless than he had ever imagined.

The memory of the kick he endured back at the villa, the disgusting grapes he ate, and the humiliating fall caused by Hayden that left him covered in vomit all replayed vividly in his mind.

Morgan's body trembled violently as he seethed with anger. His fury boiled over, and he wanted nothing else to tear Hayden apart.

Hayden, however, widened his grin as he observed Morgan's escalating rage. He hadn't expected his actions to cause such a strong reaction.

He glanced at Morgan with icy disdain and sneered, "What's wrong? Never been on the receiving end before?"

"I'll kill you!" Morgan roared, charging forward with bared teeth, only to freeze as the sound of hurried footsteps echoed from the hallway.

The door slammed open. Lily and Charlotte burst in with a group of doctors following behind.

"Doctors, hurry! Examine my son thoroughly! Whatever the problem is, find it! Leave no stone unturned. My son's future is far too important to risk!"

Charlotte's face was filled with anxiety as she teetered on her feet. Lily was at Charlotte's side supporting her, afraid that she might fall.

The doctors didn't dare to delay further. They immediately surrounded Morgan to begin their examination.

Morgan looked clearly unhappy, but with so many doctors pulling at him, he had no choice but to relent.

"Take your time with the check-up, Morgan. I'll pray for you to get better. Bye!" Hayden said with a mocking smile, waving as he turned and left the room.

Morgan could only watch as Hayden walked away. He trembled with rage. He couldn't believe that he had to let Hayden go just like that.

His heart felt as though it was trapped in a volcano. At this moment, he only felt more hatred toward Hayden.

Morgan couldn't wait to take his revenge.

Not long after, Hayden left the hospital and glanced back briefly.

This young woman was none other than Jane Hill, the daughter of the truck driver. She had fallen ill in high school with a rare and incurable disease that left her homebound. Her life revolved around being at home and taking medications.

The financial strain had torn her family apart, leaving her father desperate for money. To earn a quick buck, he had agreed to Morgan's sinister request to kill Hayden.

He wanted to use the money to provide Jane with even a slim chance of survival. Without it, she would have run out of medication the next month, facing a grim fate.

Inside the room, Jane leaned against the closed window, her cheeks still tinged with a faint blush. She gently bit her lip and wondered who that young man was.

She couldn't help but admire his handsome features, but she also questioned why he was staring at her. Perhaps… he had an interest in her?

Jane hadn't been to school in years. Her days were consumed by television and solitude. Even her old friends had long stopped reaching out.

Now, faced with Hayden's unexpected attention, how could she not let her imagination wander?

Right at this moment, her thoughts were interrupted by a gentle knock at the door.
