Observing that the banquet was now in full swing, Vincent escorted Penelope to the center of the grand hall, preparing to present her formally.

With the disruptions handled, Vincent took the opportunity to introduce Penelope. "Ladies and gentlemen, Miss Penelope has resigned from her position as the executive secretary of the Archer Corporation. She now serves as the General Manager of our Imperial Capitol Group's Seattle branch. We look forward to potential collaborations."

"Miss Reed has truly risen in status. She recently left Archer Corporation and joined the Seattle branch. What sort of connection do you think she has with Mr. Reed?"

"Even though they share the surname Reed, I doubt they're related. Otherwise, why would the well-mannered daughter of the Reed family move to Seattle, marry someone there, and serve as a secretary for another person for three years?"

"Considering the constraints she faced in the Archer family, any misstep on her part would be understandable."

A grin spread across Penelope’s face. It was perfect timing; they were gathering, "I'll be there shortly."

Adam sought approval, "Should I publish the article?"

Penelope chuckled, "Well said."
