Obsession novel Chapter 50

I had already "moved" in by Ian's place. I promised Jamie that I'd keep in contact with him every day and that he should come visit sometime. As much as I wanted to spend time with him, I couldn't be selfish and put his life in danger because my life is toxic and messed up. Out of the both of us, his the one that will make a great success out of his life and I'm always going to have problems one way or another. Unfortunately that's the sad reality.

My pack has moved in with us, and the sad part out of the whole thing is that my pack barely even knows me, I barely even know them.

I knew that I had to get more involved with my pack. Way more involved. I'm really a shitty Alpha and Luna. Probably the worst. My wolf is untrained and so is my mind.

I sighed as I got ready. Ian was filthy rich and had a huge mansion as a house, and all the packs houses all had huge double stories with pools, and big gardens. Atleast it's good to know that he takes care of his own.

The sad part from what I've seen so far is that my pack which is rogues, they're so wild still, that they won't even change back to their human form. All they do is keep guard of the area I'm in. I felt a sharp pang go through my heart, because its actually really sad.

I seriously need to get more involved. My pack deserves a lot more than living like that for their whole lives. They deserve to feel safe and comfortable to be able to shift into their human-self. They deserve also to live happy lives.

Ian had a whole bunch of houses especially booked for my pack. Their was brand new clothes in there and everything.

Today was the day I start taking more responsibility as a leader. As their leader. They also need to learn to trust me.

I took some spare clothes, set it outside for when I shift back and I looked for Ian, seeing that nobody was there. I put my phone down, in between the clothes that I set aside and immediately shifted.

It was a little painful at first because I haven't shifted in a long time. I yelped slightly as my canines grew in, forcing my human teeth out- to break and fall out. I hated this part and it always looked gory.

The blood poured out my mouth and I winced. My nails fiercely grew out, feeling it break through my human flesh, and my human flesh falling off and turn to fur.

Once I turned fully, the pain went away, but the process is really painful. I swear, the boys make it look easy.

"Remember that she is your Luna and your Alpha, so just as trust and respect is earned, she also needs to respect and trust you. I expect no bad behavior, and follow your leaders demands" Alex says and I glare at him.

"We all as is, respect eachother and that's what matters. The trust part will come with the process. We're a pack. And I don't have any demands and I won't be demanding anything from anybody as well, you're not my slaves and you won't be treated as such" I say and Alex rolls his eyes.

"Thank you all for coming and listening- I hope you all have a lovely evening" I say and walk away, looking down as I feel like a complete fool. I feel like I ruined everything.

They all just stood there and watched me.

Alex ran up next to me and nudged me gently.

"You did really good Skye. I'm proud of you. Your first speech and you made a good impression. They like you" He says and I sigh, shifting back and getting clothes on.
