Noelle stared at the reporter and explained, "This is my home. The password for the front door is my birthday. How else do you think I got in here?

"I'm the true heiress of the Liddell family. That woman over there is just an adopted member of the family."

Xenia gritted her teeth in anger. She could not reprimand Noelle directly as she was worried about the negative repercussions.

Wyatt immediately defended Xenia by yelling at Noelle. "That's enough! You've been bullying Xenia since you were young.

"She's going to become your sister-in-law soon. If you bully her again, I won't let you get off easy!"

Xenia immediately leaned into his arms and started sobbing, putting up a fragile act. The reporter began to snap photos of the couple like crazy. "They're such a great couple!"

Noelle glanced at the reporter and said, "You must be starving if you're even drooling at this. That appetite of yours will only bring you trouble."

As the reporter tried to retort against Noelle, Xenia stepped in to calm the reporter down before personally escorting all of the media away. Noelle watched from the side, slightly impressed by how masterful of an actress Xenia was.

Wyatt spoke up with a smug look on his face. "Noelle, I'm sure you could tell just how much attention we've gotten today. Even Donovan's business partners began to show increasing interest in investing in us."

"Do you think the investors will still be willing to invest in you when they find out that your company's products are plagiarized and are of poor quality?" Noelle asked.

He sneered and replied, "It's just the investors' money. I have no qualms about spending it all."

Any amount of money was worth spending so long as he could defeat Noelle.

Just then, Xenia walked over to them and said, "What are you doing here, Noelle? Have you finally remembered us after the Greene family abandoned you?"

Xenia didn't manage to get a good night's sleep as she was frustrated all night. She could not accept that a wretched woman like Noelle could get to know Cedric.

Noelle smirked and replied, "I forgot to mention that it was Donovan who begged me to come back for negotiation."

With that, she turned around and headed inside the house. She did not bother wasting another second with them.

Xenia and Wyatt's expressions shifted instantly.

Xenia grew anxious. "Wyatt, do you think Donovan will really make peace with Noelle? I clearly have the upper hand here, and Mrs. Cantrell has also promised to help us deal with the Greene family.

"Noelle will be left without any friends and allies by then. We have nothing to fear!"
