No longer a pushover (Noelle and Cedric) novel Chapter 1369

Noelle's mind went completely blank when he saw Eason get shot. His body fell straight out of the window after he was shot.

Noelle immediately rushed forward and grabbed his hand without hesitation. Mia screamed and tried to run over there as well, but Eugene immediately held her back. "Don't go! There are snipers!"

With that, Eugene himself ran over and grabbed Noelle by the legs. At that point, Noelle's body was hanging halfway out the window.

Mia looked at Ivy and said, "What are you standing there for? Go and help them!"

Ivy was in a complete state of shock. She could not believe that Eason was actually shot right in front of her.

Xenia, on the other hand, had taken cover to the side, looking a little pleased. She looked at Ivy and said, "It's our chance to go!"

Ivy then ran to the door of the hospital room before turning back one more time. Mia stared at her in disbelief. "You're just going to leave Eason like that?!"

Ivy gritted her teeth and replied, "I'll avenge him!"

With that, she ran off with Xenia. Mia was furious. Ivy had once again somehow exceeded Mia's worst possible expectations.

Eugene soon pulled both Noelle and Eason back up the window, but Eason's condition had grown even worse than when he was first shot. He was then rushed to the emergency room as soon as possible.

Noelle sat on the ground, still in a state of shock. She looked at Mia and said, "Don't tell Cedric about this, or he's going to scold me."

Mia replied, "So you did know that it was dangerous, huh?"

Eugene sternly replied, "I'll be telling him. You two stay here until it's safe outside."

With that, he left the room. Noelle sat on the ground and looked at Mia. "Can you ask Eugene not to say anything?"

Mia replied, "There's nothing I can do about that. You really didn't have to put yourself in so much danger for Eason."
