When Noelle heard what Alfred said, she smiled. "That's great."
Now, she knew Ivy was the owner of PZ Group and had also captured a key witness. If they wanted to bring Ivy to justice next, they would have someone to testify against her.
Since Ivy had always been manipulating everything in the shadows, they wouldn't be able to expose her without a witness.
Noelle thought about it for a moment and said, "Carl told me a secret. He has seen the owner of PZ Group and knows who she is."
She didn't tell them about Carl's dream. After all, there was no way she would be able to tell others about something like that.
"Who is it?" Alfred asked anxiously.
Noelle looked around before whispering, "It's Ivy."
"That's impossible!"
Alfred was utterly shocked. After scanning their surroundings, he softly said, "I've looked into her background before, so there's no way that's true."
"I didn't think it was possible as well. However, she probably planned on working with the island to start a pharmaceutical company to continue her scams after she's done with her local plans."
"Damn! She sure is evil, isn't she?"
Alfred never expected Ivy to be the mastermind at all. Meanwhile, Eugene frowned and instinctively turned to the ICU. Seeing that, Noelle said, "I didn't tell her about it. I figured we should let her rest well for now."
Eugene let out a breath of relief, and he looked at Noelle once more with a gentler gaze. Then, he said, "We shouldn't alert Ivy yet. I'll keep Mike with me for now.
"If PZ Group finds its way here, I'll ask them for a ransom. That way, Ivy won't start suspecting us."
"Sounds good to me."
