Noelle slowly drank the milk while observing Frank's expressions. He had a complicated gaze, and he sounded hoarse as he spoke. "Actually, I had a nightmare as well."
"What was it about?"
Carl told her that Frank had also dreamed about their previous lives, but it was all in fragments.
"You died in my dreams, and your corpse was so cold that I couldn't warm you up at all. It felt so real that I had to check on you when I woke up, but I didn't expect you to have a nightmare as well."
Noelle lowered her gaze, wondering if Frank's dream was about her dying in the mental hospital as well. With that thought in mind, she figured the Liddell brothers would also dream about their previous lives. She couldn't be certain, and she didn't know why this was happening at all.
After finishing the drink, Noelle calmed down a little. Then, she asked Frank, "You've heard about the strange dreams from Carl as well, didn't you?"
"Yeah. I didn't know what it all meant before. If I had realized it earlier, our relationship wouldn't have turned so sour in the first place." After saying that, he looked at her and asked, "Did you dream about the mental hospital, too?"
"Yeah. It was cold in the dream. I was worried I would die there, and that was why I was so scared."
She was looking at him with a sarcastic gaze, and he didn't dare to look her in the eyes at all. Instead, he said awkwardly, "Fortunately, it was just a dream."
"Yeah. I'm lucky that I'm completely different from the idiotic Noelle that died in the dream," Noelle said with a cold, mocking gaze.
