No Divorce? The Billionaire's Love Chase! novel Chapter 754

“Claudia, don’t cry.”

“Don’t go.”

“Don’t leave me.”

“Claudia!”

York woke from the nightmare again, his body drenched in cold sweat.

He propped himself up with one hand while the other clutched the fabric of his pajamas over his chest, gasping for air.

This was the second time he had dreamed of Claudia crying.

He had felt a gut-wrenching heartache, constantly trying to soothe her, constantly apologizing.

But she just kept crying and running farther away, refusing to listen and stop.

The feelings in the dream were so real, as if he had actually lived through it.

York rolled out of bed and went into the bathroom.

When he came out, his mind was filled with the dream he just had, and he couldn't get back to sleep.

He opened his phone and instinctively tapped on his chat with Claudia.

She hadn't sent him a good-night sticker before bed tonight.

It was the first time in years.

Thinking again of the anxious look in Claudia’s tear-filled eyes, York felt another wave of frustration.

He had never experienced this feeling of being out of control.

He hated it.

The next morning, at the Watkins Group family's residence.

Claudia came downstairs early with her schoolbag, her eyes so swollen that they startled her parents.

Jessica Stone hurried over to her. “Claudia, what happened to your eyes?”

Standing in front of her parents, Claudia's lip quivered, and her eyes turned red again.

York, feeling unsettled, shook his head. As he was about to leave, Old Mr. Ferguson approached, leaning on his cane.

The patriarch instructed him, “Couples make up as quickly as they fight. Your parents were both angry that day, so don’t get involved. After your classes, go to the Vance estate and bring your mother and sister back.”

York looked at Old Mr. Ferguson with a blank expression. “Grandfather, starting today, I’m moving to Blue Bay.”

With that, he turned to Butler Palmer. “Pack all my things and have them sent to Blue Bay before tonight.”

Butler Palmer glanced at the patriarch and bowed respectfully. “Yes, Young Master.”

York turned and left, leaving Old Mr. Ferguson so angry that he struck his cane on the floor with a dull thud.

At noon, at Capital University.

The Ferguson family's RV arrived at the school gate on schedule.

York and Peter came out of the school, ready to have lunch in the RV.

In the distance, a tall, long-haired girl walked toward them.

She stopped a short distance away and called out timidly, “York.”
