- Epilogue Theme One
Daniel, who was standing outside the kitchen, heard the voice from inside and took deep breaths. Then, as if he was normal, he walked in, "Alice."
"Foster father?"
Alice looked up at Daniel, and laughed, "Did you smell that fragrance? A cake has just come out of the oven, come and try it."
"No, come with me."
Daniel walked up to her and took off the gloves on her hand, then pulled her away. Alice looked at him in shock, "Where to?"
Her afternoon tea was not ready yet. Kathy and Holly had struggled with their studies. Bob had to rest and work hard all day long. If William wanted to work, he would need afternoon tea to relieve his stress.
"Just come with me. There's something urgent for you to do."
Daniel pulled Alice and left.
"Urgent? What urgent matter? "
Alice looked at him in puzzlement.
"You'll know when you come."
Daniel pulled her out. Once they walked out of the door, they met a row of carriages heading out in a grandiose manner. Alice looked at them suspiciously, "Where are they going?"
He was going to look for Kathy.
"It's also related to today's matter. Just come with me."
Daniel forcefully brought her to the front of the carriage and stood by the side of the carriage. He looked at Daniel's slightly anxious face with suspicion, "Father, there's something wrong with you today."
Daniel had always been a calm and composed person;he would never forget his etiquette, but now he grabbed her hands and ran frantically.
"You'll know when you get there."
Daniel said.
"Did something happen?" Alice's heart tensed up, but after a quick thought, she asked, "Where's William? What about Holy and Kathy? Where are they? And Bob? Where is he?"
Alice turned her head and was about to leave, when Daniel immediately pulled her back. No wonder young master had to push the clock to today, if he didn't want Alice to board the ship today, it would be too easy for her to find out that something had happened to Kathy.
"Father, don't pull me." Alice looked at him, determination written across her clear black and white eyes. "Foster father, I'm no longer a child.
Something must have happened.
Who is it?
Who is it?
"There really isn't one." Seeing that she could not persuade Alice, Daniel used a little force to shove Alice back into the carriage. He looked down at her and said, "Alice, come with me. Let me be honest with you; today's matter was arranged by the young master."
"What did he arrange?"
"Follow me and I'll know."
Daniel immediately ordered the driver to drive. Alice looked at him in confusion and frowned. Was it arranged by William?
He was indeed mysterious these past few days. It was one thing if he didn't tell her what Rosanna Tiffany had said, but he was even secretly talking on the phone behind her back.
Was it for today?
"Then where is William?"
Alice asked.
"When it's time for young master to appear, young master will naturally appear." Daniel smiled and said, trying his best to appear as calm as possible.
What was he trying to hide? What was the time that should not have happened?
As Alice was pondering, Daniel suddenly took out a paper bag from the front and gave it to her, "Alice, this is for you. Remember to change it when you reach your destination."
"Do you want me to go to a party?"
Alice asked, reaching out to grab the clothes, even if she had to change it at home, it would be the same, wouldn't it?
She opened the paper bag in her hands, and the moment her eyes touched the clothes inside, she froze and sat there foolishly.
How could it be this?
A wide highway ran through the entire Shanghai. The bustling downtown area was bustling with shops and shops. People were coming and going. A shopping mall had been completely sealed off by the police. People were not allowed to enter or leave freely.
At the entrance of the shopping mall, uniformed police officers were seen evacuating the customers. Not far away, there were two ambulances, as well as medical supplies and equipment being delivered directly to the mall.
In the ambulance, the bodyguard in a black suit was sitting at the back of the carriage, being treated by the nurse. Ariza stood at the side and paced around anxiously; there were a few scratches on his face, and he was bleeding on his hands and his eyes were filled with worry.
William asked coldly.
"No, I saw them in the elevator on the fifth floor. They disappeared as soon as they got out of the elevator. They never went into the surveillance zone again." The policeman at the side said casually, "Mr. Cullen, don't worry;we will definitely do our best to rescue the other one. Furthermore, the kidnapper is only a child, so it shouldn't be a big deal.
In fact, the police had some complaints. They felt that this kind of wealthy businessman was just scaring them for no reason. At most, the two children just wanted to have fun together but the man even said that it was some kidnapping that had caused such a huge commotion.
I haven't seen a kidnapper who's seven or eight years old.
Hearing this, William turned and looked at him, a fiery light appearing in his eyes. With anger in his eyes, the policeman was scared, and he could not help but take a step back.
William looked at the warning badge on his body, but did not flare up, and coldly replied, "Very good, I'll remember you."
"Mr. Cullen!"
"No need to trouble the police;our Cullen family will look for it himself!" William said coldly, lowering his eyes to look at Holy who was pretending to be calm, his black pupils profound and deep, "Holy."
Holy stood there and raised his head to look at him, his eyes somewhat flustered and restless.
"Calm down." William lowered his eyes and stared at him, "Don't you have telepathy? Go
to find him."
Holy stood at the side of his legs, and for the first time, he couldn't help but lower his head, "I don't know how to find you."
He only said that he was useful because he wanted to go with them, but he didn't know what to do when he placed his hopes on him.
The police officers gathered around him were finding it funny to listen to such a conversation. They were relying on telepathy to find her? Then why not find a fortune — teller?
"Stand here!"
William pulled Holy to his side, allowing him to face the large amusement park ahead. With a low and powerful voice, William said, "Watch carefully; if I let you play an escape game, how would you run?"
Holy had the height advantage that they adults couldn't compare to, and adults would never understand the world of children.
"..."
Holy stood there motionlessly, as if he understood something.
"Mr. Cullen, just let the kids play by the side. They won't be able to see you in a while." The police thought that William was messing around.
William coldly swept his gaze over, gritted his teeth and said, "The reason is not because of my daughter. If you don't want to help, then stand aside!"
