- A prelude to the end
William looked over, only to see a few maids passing through the flowers, yelling loudly. His brows knitted, and not long later, a small figure entered William's line of sight.
Holy ran over from afar and directly rushed in front of William, his beautiful little face revealing a hint of panic.
"Master Holy!"
The few maids who were chasing after William gasped for breath. They were all startled when they saw William and immediately lowered their heads.
"Running around in front of Young Master, you don't have any rules at all. What did he tell you when we first came in?" Daniel stood there and said to the few maids coldly.
"Sorry, Steward Daniel, it's young master Holy, he..."
"Do you allow me to put the blame on young master?" Daniel interrupted them, and a few maids stood there silently, and their heads bowed.
Holy raised his head and looked at William, then turned around and was about to run away. William reached out his hand and grabbed his collar, easily lifting him up.
Holy pursed his lips and did not say anything, but kept on running. He kicked his legs in the air, his hands slashing about in the air as he struggled to break free.
"I'm asking you a question;speak!"
William said coldly.
Holy pursed his lips but did not say it.
Daniel could not watch any longer, he walked forward and pushed a maid; the maid stood up and said, "Young Master, Young Master Holy went to look for Kathy; we told him that Ariza brought her out to buy colored pens, and it was Madam who agreed to it. But Young Master Holy insisted to do it, and even said that he wanted to go out."
Hearing that, William lowered his gaze to look at Holy, "What are you doing? Go back and learn!"
"I'm going to look for Kathy."
Holy said.
"Miss Kathy will be back soon." The maid said helplessly. She really didn't know why
Holy would suddenly cause such a ruckus.
"You don't know anything." Holy turned his head to look at the maids, a trace of anger appearing on her usually ice-cold face. "You guys are not looking for me?"
"Why are you looking for her? The reason."
William held his collar and asked coldly.
Holy was held up like a little chicken, unable to resist. His small mouth moved a few times, wanting to say something but held it in.
"I told you to speak!"
William let go of his collar and started running. William frowned, grabbed him back with one hand and squatted down, "Do you think you can outrun me? If I say so, then say it!"
Holy looked at him as he pursed his lips.
"Don't you want to say it? I'll send you back to England and let Grandma raise you. " William stared at him and said.
He was already used to living together with Alice and Kathy; he did not want to return to England at all. His long eyelashes trembled a few times as he stood in front of William, and finally said something in a hurry.
No one heard him.
"Speak human words!"
William said impatiently, his black eyes staring at him like a hawk.
Holy was scared by William's gaze. He ground his teeth as if he had made a decision, looked at William and said seriously, "I think Kathy is in danger. I need to save her immediately."
He spoke calmly.
"The reason."
"I don't feel good here." Holy pointed to his chest area, his small face revealing an embarrassed look, but he quickly regained her composure, "Kathy and I have a mental connection."
No one would believe him. No one .
Thus, he might as well look for it himself.
Sure enough, after hearing his words, the maids let out a silent sigh. Daniel was just about to advise Holy not to believe his telepathy, when he saw William's face darken.
"When did it start?"
William asked.
"Just now." Holy was a little surprised that William did not laugh at him, and continued to speak, "When she falls in pain, it will hurt, and when she is afraid, I will be afraid as well.'
Would he believe it?
William stared deeply at him with his black eyes, as if he wanted to find out something from his face. After a while, William stood up and shot a cold glance at Daniel, "Call Ariza and ask if they're back."
Alice had said before that there was a deep connection between Holy and herself. Even when they were younger, if one of them had a cold, the other, who was far away in Britain, would also have a cold at the same time.
Alice had always said that this was a type of connection between twins that was hard to explain and impossible to explain. It was just like how she would wish that she were dead at the moment of York's final death.
"The phone is dead."
Daniel called and was stunned. Normally, a servant should be able to call anytime, but the result was that it was not.
After saying that, before William could say anything, a servant ran over hurriedly. He looked like that he was looking for someone, and when he saw them standing on the road, he walked over with his head lowered, "Young Master, Steward Daniel."
"What happened to you?"
Daniel could tell that something was wrong with the servant's expression.
"I don't know where that Bob went, but I was looking for him and couldn't find him for a long time." the servant said.
"When did he disappear?" Daniel asked.
"I found out an hour or so ago that he wasn't there."
No.
I can't let her know.
"But it's impossible for Alice to not notice such a big commotion if we go to looking for him." Daniel said as he stood at the side. How could he hide from Alice at this time?
"What is Alice doing?"
William asked coldly.
"Madame is in the kitchen preparing tea." The maid at the side answered.
Alice stayed in the kitchen, so she had not received any news yet.
William stood there, his black eyes sunken. He suddenly looked at Daniel and decisively said, "Take her to the boat with me right now! It's about to start!"
"Now? But we haven't all gathered. " Daniel was stunned.
"You don't have to worry about that! In short, I cannot let Alice stay here. I will go to find Kathy! " Daniel said as he frowned, "But how long can this drag on for?"
"Wait until I find Kathy!" William stared at him and bellowed, "Do you understand now?"
"Yes, young master."
"Go and do what you need to do!"
William did not delay any further. After he finished speaking, he walked out, and used his fingers to loosen up the collar of his shirt. His son and daughter had been arrested three times in total.
It seemed that these bodyguards needed to be rejuvenated!
All of them were trash!
William took a big step forward, and his clothes were suddenly grabbed by someone. He lowered his head, and saw Holy standing beside him, raising his eyes to look at him, but his young and tender voice was calm. "I'll go with you."
"What's your use?"
William asked.
Holy was not humiliated by his question. He looked at William and said calmly, "Kathy and I have a telepathic connection with each other. I can find her."
He believed in telepathy .
"Well said! It's up to you!"
William picked him up and walked out.
Alice, who was alone in the kitchen, preparing her afternoon tea, was very busy. She did not notice the change in mood at all.
She liked this kind of faint happiness.
As she cooked, she hummed a song, "Recite all the time", decorating the little cherry on top of the cake. She was in a good mood today, so she decided to make William a little more.
