Miss Josefina: Nobody's Princess novel Chapter 1172

"Seriously? All talk and no action! We were pumped for hands-on experiments when you started the medical society. But it was just a bunch of hype with nothing to show for it. You've totally let us down!"

The accusations were relentless, like a storm that wouldn't let up.

"Josefina, you kicked me out to keep these people around. Now they've turned their backs on you. How does that feel?"

Josefina shot a glance at the guy, his black-rimmed glasses perched smugly as he seemed to soak in the drama.

She stood up, her eyes sparkling like the night sky, taking in the room full of classmates who seemed to enjoy her predicament.

"If you want out, fill out the form and let's not waste each other's time. Like I said, whatever the medical society becomes, don't think about crawling back."

Just as they were about to snap back, Mandy burst onto the scene.

Mandy pushed her way in, wielding a mop like a weapon.

"Make way, people! If you don’t have faith in Josie, then leave and quit the drama! Anyone who talks smack, I'll handle personally!"

She slammed the mop head on the floor with authority, propping a foot on a chair, a force not to be messed with.

Pointing at the crowd, Mandy continued, "You all sweet-talked Josie to get in, and now, with the building barely up, you're already stirring trouble. You've turned your backs quicker than flipping a page. I've never seen anything like it!"

Mandy's anger was intense, her eyes burning with passion.

Cassandra piped up, "People want to get ahead, who wants to be stuck in place? Mandy, you're Josie's cousin, of course, you're backing her. Who else would? Who else thinks what she's doing is right?"

"I do!" Damita suddenly declared.

Standing alongside Mandy, Damita had her own mop in hand.
