Until Oliver paused, their gazes met, sparking an unspoken connection between them. His impressive build and raw charisma suggested he could take on anything. Josefina swallowed nervously, her eyes dreamy and intense.
"Josie," he murmured, his voice a husky whisper that sent shivers down her spine.
"Oliver," she replied, "I think you're not quite ready for this yet."
Oliver's sharp, penetrating eyes held hers, making Josefina feel her cheeks flush with warmth. He sealed her lips with his, a mix of kisses and gentle nips, their breaths intertwining. The passionate yet restrained emotions required Oliver to hold back. Josefina felt as if her body was being enveloped in a volcanic heat, losing herself in its ebb and flow.
...
After what seemed like an eternity, Josefina lay on the bed, pulling the duvet over her, the fabric forming soft creases. "Oliver, with how exhausted you are every day, where do you find all this energy?" she marveled at his seemingly endless vigor.
Oliver leaned in, pulling Josefina into his arms, simply holding her. "I've been holding back a lot," he chuckled. "On a normal day, you wouldn't even have the strength to speak."
Josefina was left without words, acknowledging the truth in Oliver's statement. Once Oliver had tasted something more, returning to plain was no longer an option.
"I think I need a shower," she said.
With that, Oliver scooped her up, ran the bath, and later changed the sheets, ensuring she could get a good night's sleep. Josefina, exhausted, soon drifted off.
