Married To The Blind Heir (by Tessa Galvin) novel Chapter 250

Chapter 250

Hudson saw the envious looks of his old classmates while praising Eliana, feeling extremely complacent, so he couldn’t help but drink a few more dos

Eliana said upon seeing this, Dad, you have a bad heart. You’d better drink less.

Hudson immediately showed off to everyone, Hear that? How sweet Ellie is. She won’t even let me have a few more sips

Everyone gave a thumbsup for their deep fatherdaughter bond, but Eliana frowned subtly.

Half an hour later, seeing it was about time, Eliana stood up and said to everyone, I should go back, or my husband will worry

Upon hearing this, everyone chimed in, What? Won’t you stay and have dinner with us?

She’s kind enough to chat with us old fellows. Don’t bother her anymore.

Yeah, didn’t you see even Hudson doesn’t dare to keep her? After all, shes should prioritize her family, right, Hudson?

The next second, Hudson slammed the table and stood up, shoutin

at Eliana out of control, Sit down!

As soon as these words came out, everyone at the table fell silent and stared at them..

After pursing her lips, Eliana decided to give him an excuse.

  1. e. Dad

drunk. Let me take you back.

I’m not drunk!Hudson waved her hand away and mumbled, You 9

think I can’t control you now, don’t you? I told you to sit down!

Eliana knew he was used to being timid at home, so he cared so much about selfesteem outside. Alcohol and the urges from his old fellows made Hudson even more unbridled.

But she didn’t want to play along with this farce anymore, so she picked up her bag and said calmly, Since you’re not drunk, I’m leaving.

Just as she turned to leave, she heard a loud crash. Then everyone shouted, Ellie, your dad fainted.

Eliana paused but turned back. Hudson was lying sprawled on the chair, with some people trying to wake him up and others rushing to find his heart medicineit didn’t seem like they were conspiring to trick her.

Let me do it.Eliana took out the heart medicine from Hudson’s pocket, pried open his mouth, and fed him the pills. Then she helped him catch his

breath.

Seeing this, everyone started praising Eliana again. But while Hudson was still unconscious, she said, You’ve had enough fun watching my dad’s joke. Please leave now. I’ll treat you to this meal, okay?

Upon hearing this, everyone was taken aback. After a few seconds, someone said, Ellie, you misunderstood. We didn’t-

rowse This!

Alright, you don’t have to explain,Eliana interrupted gently. This is the first time my dad has asked me to meet you guys. He usually takes my sister to

social events, doesn’t he?

Everyone was suddenly at a loss for words.

Eliana continued, So even if he pretends to have a deep bond with me, I believe you all know he’s just using me to show off. You flatter him on the surface but look down on him in your hearts. I know that.”

Though ashamed by her words, no one could get angry. After all, even when confronting them, Eliana was gentle, unlike Hannah’s worldly manner.

Finally, someone couldn’t help but say honestly, Ellie, you seem much wiser than your sister. Why didn’t Hudson ever mention you to us before?

Eliana replied, It’s inevitable for parents to be partial.

Chapter 250

Seeing her still defending Hudson, everyone truly began to look at her differently.

Young lady, your dad is too partial. You’re a good girl.

Yeah, Hudson cares most about face. We deliberately provoked him today and made him trick you into coming, just to see if the problem was with Hudson or with you all these years.

As they spoke, Hudson slowly opened his eyes. Seeing his old classmates had all left, he felt extremely embarrassed.

Eliana didn’t tell him everyone had been laughing at him. She asked, Dad, are you feeling better?

Hudson frowned and pointed at her. Why can’t you even cooperate with me a little?

Eliana said bluntly, Don’t treat me the way you treat Hannah.

Hudson was even more confused. Aren’t you happy when I praise you? I told them you’re better than Hannah. Aren’t you happy?
