Eliana couldn’t help but shoot Hannals a sarcastic look as if mocking her for hooking up with trash.
Stung by her gaze, Hannah used reverse psychology on Matthew. “Mr. Abbott, hn’t having me enough! Besides, you can’t afford to mess RussellTM
“There’s no one I can’t afford to mess with,” Matthew took the bait. Next, as if to prove his words, he stormed toward Eliana with a threatening Hannah stood behind him, smiling mockingly at Eliana. After all, she had warned Matthew–if he got retaliated by Theodore,
As Matthew closed in, Eliana gripped the small stun gun tighter. But still, considering he was a Starlight Media client, she warned, “Mr. Abbott, drunk.”
Matthew frowned. He hadn’t looked closely at Elians before, but now he noticed that though she wasn’t asglamorous as Hannah, she had a pure beauty

But since her self–defense weapon was only palm–sized, its power was limited. So after twitching on the floor for a while, Matthew propped himself up against the wall and stood back up.
“Mr. Abbott, are you okay?” Hannah seized the moment to show concern, but Matthew showed her aside and roared angrily at Eliana’s fleeing back
By then, Eliana had no time to save Hannah–she was desperately mashing the elevator button.
“Hurry, hurry.” With Matthew’s footsteps closing in behind her, Eliana stared at the elevator numbers ticking up, frantic with anxiety.
“Bitch, you can’t escape!” As Matthew snarled, the elevator doors opened.
Eliana dashed in, crashing into the person inside. The man staggered slightly, then said in surprise, “Ella?”
Looking up and seeing Nolan, Eliane said excitedly, “Mr. Hall, you’re finally here!”
Just then, Matthew violently held the elevator door and said darkly to Nolan, “Give me that woman.”
To Matthew’s surprise, Nolan kicked him down. “Go to hell,” Nolan said.
Caught off guard, Matthew slammed into the fire hydrant behind him and even shattered the glass.
Eliana was stunned–this was the first time she’d seen Nolan so wild.
Clutching his stomach, Matthew grimaced in pain. “Fuck! Who the hell are you?”
After straightening his suit, Nolan replied, “I’m Ellie’s boss”
Startled, Matthew pointed at Eliana. “Do you know what your employee just did to me?”
Nolan shot back sharply, “Maybe you should first ask yourself what you were trying to do to my employer.”
