Urban Haven.
Upon returning home from school, Christopher and Jennifer began tidying up their toys and cleaning the house.
It had been a stroke of luck that Christopher ended up following Jennifer today!
It all started when he went to Montessori Academy to find Jennifer. Mr. Wesley Miller mistook Hendrick for him and took him back to Montessori Academy.
So, Christopher resumed his identity as Christopher Lancelot.
"Tickling Bell."
While the two youngsters were engrossed in their tasks, the doorbell chimed.
"Yeah, maybe Mommy is back. Mommy said she'll be back early today." Jennifer immediately dropped the cleaning cloth and joyfully sprinted to open the door.
But the door just swung open.
A force burst in through the door.
Jennifer was shoved, tumbling to the ground.
Christopher looked up, his expression turning grim.
A young woman stormed in, full of aggression.
After a moment of shock, he remembered. Wasn't this the second aunt, Lily Windsor, who had been very unpleasant to them at Grandma's house last time?
"Jennifer." He rushed over to help her up and shouted at Lily, "Ugly witch, who gave you the right to enter our house? You're not welcome here. Please leave."
Jennifer, still recovering from being pushed to the ground, saw stars in front of her eyes. Her lips quivered, and she clutched his hand tightly, her eyes brimming with tearful distress.
Christopher gently caressed the back of her head and held her close.
"Sylvia, you bitch, get out here and hand over the money you owe Shaw Brothers!" Lily roamed through the house, searching for Sylvia. When her quest proved fruitless, she clapped her hands and hurled curses.
"Don't insult my mommy!" Christopher seethed with anger, his face turning crimson as he clenched his fists. If his sister hadn't been upset after the earlier incident, he might have confronted Lily directly.
She staggered back several steps, fuming!
This little troublemaker was asking for trouble!
She smirked coldly and charged towards him ferociously.
Today, she wasn't the charming and coquettish Sheryl Lancelot in high heels; she opted for sneakers, indicating her intention to stir up trouble.
Although Christopher was agile and strong, he was still just a five-year-old child!
Undeterred by a little kid, she grabbed a coat hanger from the desk and aggressively swung it at Christopher.
Seeing the situation take a turn for the worse, he quickly ran into the living room.
"Don't hit my brother." The little one, witnessing her brother being chased and at a disadvantage, mustered courage from somewhere, stood up, grabbed a clothes hanger, and swung it at the woman.
Lily was forced to take a few steps back.
