Leaving the Wrong Love Behind Forever novel Chapter 578

Arthur squinted his eyes and looked at Sylvia. The woman had treated him as if he didn't exist since she came in, she didn't even look at him.

She asked everyone what they wanted to eat but left him out, clearly ignoring him.

Snort!

He snorted, stood up, and walked towards the kitchen.

"Sylvia, where have you been since morning?"

Sylvia was choosing vegetables when Arthur walked into the kitchen and stood next to her with a gloomy expression.

"I went to meet a client." Sylvia didn't even raise her head.

"Really?" Arthur pursed his lips coldly, "But I asked the secretary and she said you don't have any clients to see today."

Sylvia had a sullen face: "You're really weird. Do you always have to report to your secretary whenever you go out to do something?"

Arthur was stunned for a moment, his handsome face was calm, and he suddenly asked: "Sylvia, let me ask you, are you avoiding me on purpose?"

Sylvia said nothing.

Was she really avoiding him?

Was she still trying to get bullied by him?

"Sylvia, let me tell you, you'd better stay back in this house and take good care of the children. Otherwise, you will never see Jennifer again." Arthur stood close to Sylvia, bending slightly and lowering his head. He took her earlobe in his mouth, sucked on it, and whispered threats in her ear.

Sylvia's back stiffened, and a wave of heat made her cheeks turn red.

She dodged aside, picked up the kitchen knife on the table, and pointed it at him, glaring angrily: "Arthur, you are shameless, if you touch me again, I will kill you. Also, how dare you threaten me with Jennifer? Jennifer is not yours, why do you think you have that right?”

Arthur looked at the gleaming knife in her hand, a haze covering his handsome face.

"Sylvia, put the knife down."

"Mr. Bridgewater, Miss Sheryl is asking for your audience at the gate." At that moment, Blessing answered the phone and came over to report.

"What's wrong with her?" Arthur asked coldly.

"She said she wants to see her daughter, Elaine."

Arthur fell silent and looked at Sylvia.

Sylvia lowered her head to chop vegetables, with no expression on her face, as if she hadn't heard anything.

"Let her see Elaine, but she has to leave in an hour." Arthur ordered, turned around and walked out. After walking not far, he turned back and said to Sylvia: "Sylvia, It’s best to come home every day and take good care of the children, otherwise, I will make sure that you will never see Jennifer again, and I will do what I say.”

After saying that, he turned around and walked upstairs.

"You bastard, believe it or not, I will kill you." Sylvia raised the kitchen knife behind his back, her eyes red.

But Arthur had already strode upstairs.
