"Daddy doesn't like me. He doesn't want me to go back with you." There were tears of grievance in the little girl’s big eyes.
"Don't worry about him, we are here."
Chris and Hendrick took her hands and came to the luxury car.
"Jennifer, isn't your mommy back yet?" Arthur asked strangely when he saw Jennifer.
Jennifer is smart and well-behaved, much more sensible than Elaine. He also likes this little girl, but she is someone else's child after all, so there is no reason for him to take someone else's daughter home.
And she has been living in his house for a long time.
"No, she hasn't come home yet." Jennifer glanced at Sylvia with her lips curled up, tears in her eyes.
She loves spending time with her mommy and brothers.
"Oh, your mommy is so generous, leaving such a young daughter at home for ten and a half days without coming home." Arthur felt helpless.
"Then when will your mommy come home?"
Jennifer looked at Sylvia again and shook her head: "I don't know."
"Okay, then you and Chris with Hendrick can come to our house." Arthur looked at the little girl's lonely appearance and could only nod in agreement.
"Thank you, uncle." Jennifer happily followed Chris and Hendrick into the car.
But Elaine was unhappy and pouted.
"Daddy, why do you always agree to let her live in our house? I don't like her." She acted dissatisfiedly in Arthur's ear.
Arthur touched her little head and started the car.
Dinner time.
She cried and climbed off the chair to go out, but her eyes looked at Arthur.
Arthur waved to her: "Elaine, come to daddy."
Elaine pouted and ran into Arthur's arms, crying even harder.
Arthur picked her up and sat her on his lap, wiped her tears and said softly: "Elaine, be good, don't cry. Daddy will take you to eat hand-made beef balls and beef sausages, okay?"
"Okay." Elaine nodded heavily, "Daddy, you are the best. I love Daddy."
Arthur smiled: "Then Elaine, don't cry anymore."
"Daddy, I'll stop crying if I cry twice more." Elaine opened her mouth and cried twice more, then she stopped crying.
The servants next to her laughed.
