Larissa's Game of Thrones (Larissa) novel Chapter 250

With that thought, he quickened his pace, aiming for the steps.

But just as he was about to release his grip, a sharp pain shot through his knee. His leg suddenly gave out, and he collapsed, his hands hitting the ground in front of him.

The wheelchair he’d been pushing rolled backward, right over his hands.

The next moment, without anyone steering it, the chair wobbled precariously, threatening to tip over and send Haskell crashing to the floor.

With lightning speed, Larissa lunged forward and steadied the wheelchair. Then, she turned and roared at the kneeling Garrick.

“Garrick, what are you doing?! Were you trying to hurt Haskell on purpose!”

Garrick, still on the ground, stared in confusion, not yet comprehending what had just happened. Before he could react, Larissa’s foot slammed into his chest.

“Ah!”

The kick sent him rolling several feet away. The entire hall of young Palmers stared in stunned silence.

Avril’s eyes widened, and she couldn’t help but think, “Damn! The Judson heiress is a total badass!”

“That wretched woman! Does she know what she’s doing?!” Fraser slammed his hand on the table and shot to his feet, ready to go after her on his brother’s behalf.

Solomon and Faith, however, simply watched with amusement.

The older Palmers, who had been in the study with Zoltan, were just coming downstairs and witnessed the entire scene.

When Garrick finally realized he’d been kicked to the ground by Larissa, a wave of humiliation fueled his rage. He scrambled to his feet, clutching his chest, and stalked toward her.
