"Steen!"

A familiar surge of supernatural energy and voice cut through the rain.

Steen was briefly stunned before lighting up with joy. He turned and saw Raiden and Cornelius descending together while Kai circled once in the air before landing and reverting to human form.

He elatedly bounced forward. "Raiden! What are you guys doing here?"

But just as he got close, Raiden headbutted him. His expression was grim as he said, "If we hadn't come, we wouldn't have known what you did while missing these past few days."

Steen had been holding strong when it had just been him and Button. He immediately grumbled with grievance the moment he saw Raiden. "I did leave you a message…"

Then, he pointed at Cornelius. "It's his fault that I ended up here!"

Cornelius was utterly speechless. That was why he came.

Watching the few chatter on, Kai cut in. "Can we save the reunion talk? The mudslide is almost here!"

Then, he glanced at the trembling Button with wisps of supernatural energy gathered around it. "That's the panda?"

Steen wasn't surprised they knew about Button. "You guys came to help me? Where's Shannon?"

"She went to check on the earth's pulse with Ben."

Kai added, "By the way, we're not here just for you."

Steen finally learned that after Shannon had Mike do a deep divination of Button's death calamity, they discovered the mountain would suffer a massive flash flood. Button would die in that disaster.

Other than Button, the mountain spirit and the village below would suffer great damage from the flash flood. So, they came to save Button and stop the disaster entirely.

Deep within the mountains, Shannon and Benjamin appeared on a flat, open terrain.

Steen was with Raiden and the others while officials handled the village. Her job was to stop the flash flood at its source.

Channeling her spiritual and supernatural energy, six fox tails burst forth behind her and rippled with red supernatural energy.

As she formed a mudra, spiritual energy gathered in her left hand and supernatural energy in her right. Mystic and supernatural light surged from her fingertips as she gave a clear order. "Up!"
