Forced Into Marriage: My Husband’s Too Mean novel Chapter 82

"Zayn Guggenheim, why are you still pretending? You should be very happy, right? Does humiliating me over and over again give you a special sense of accomplishment?"

Lindsey said word by word. Each word shot out like an arrow. Not only did it stab herself, but it also hurt Zayn in the process.

"Is that what you think of me?" Zayn reached out to touch Lindsey’s face. His black pupils were bottomless, hiding his emotions.

Lindsey did not reply. Zayn smirked and looked more ruthless as he said, "You’re right. Humiliating you gives me a great sense of accomplishment. I’ll be more satisfied if we do it another way."

As soon as he said that, Zayn carried Lindsey away without a care for the two passed-out women on the floor and went to the guest room next door. He then threw her on the bed and pounced on her.

Zayn was like a bipolar mental patient, venting all his emotions on Lindsey.

However, no matter what Zayn did to her, Lindsey did not react and the look in her eyes remained the same.

At this time, Zayn suddenly reached out and covered her eyes.

His actions were not gentle and were even abusive.

None of them found any pleasure in it, but Zayn was unrelenting.

From dawn till mid-morning.

Zayn calmed his breathing a little and got up. Behind him, he heard the woman say in an almost desperate tone, "Zayn, just kill me."

The tall figure shook. He still had her scent on him. After a moment, he turned around and looked down at the woman lying on the bed. "Do you think it’s so easy to die? You’re my woman, so even in death, you’re still mine!"

If it was not for what just happened, Lindsey almost thought that this was Zayn’s domineering oath.

The man quickly put on his clothes and left the room without glancing at the woman on the bed.

Lindsey’s eyes were hollow and she did not know how long she laid there for.

The window was not shut and the white day curtains were blown by the wind, revealing a fraction of the scenery from the corner of the window.

It was bright, beautiful, and full of life outside, which was in stark contrast with the dim and gloomy room.

Lindsey’s hands were still bound, but she seemed to have forgotten about it. She laid on the bed without a thread on her body and looked at the exposed corner of the window, watching as the sky changed from noon until night.

She did not even turn to look at the door when she heard the sound of the door creaking.

Lindsey’s lifeless appearance frightened Zayn.

He yanked her from the bed as he suppressed the panic in his heart, then said sarcastically, “Why are you playing dead? Do you think I'll let you off the hook like this?"

Lindsey’s expression finally changed slightly. She looked at Zayn with dull eyes and was speechless.

Zayn brought over the plate of food and fed it to Lindsey. "You can choose not to eat and starve to death."

Unexpectedly, Lindsey took a bite, but when she swallowed it, it went down the wrong pipe and made her cough violently. Zayn took the glass of water from the side and fed it to her without a trace of tenderness.
