"Can I touch your belly?" Sophie asked Lindsey with some apprehension and nervousness.

The two of them were strangers and Lindsey even harbored an inexplicable dislike for Sophie because of Liam Wilford, but looking at her expectant and nervous eyes, Lindsey just nodded.

‘After all, Sophie was not aware of what was going on,’ Lindsey thought helplessly. Suddenly, she felt a cold hand on her belly.

Through Lindsey’s shirt, Sophie did not dare to put any pressure and only gently placed her hand there. She carefully felt it for a moment, then raised her head to look at Lindsey with a soft smile. "He can’t move yet?"

It took her a while to come back to her senses, but she looked right into Lindsey's eyes. Only then did she realize that she had been resting her hand on Lindsey's belly for a bit too long.

"I’m sorry, I got lost in thought." Sophie hurriedly withdrew her hand and looked at Lindsey with embarrassment.

"It's okay."

After interacting with Lindsey, Sophie found that not only was Lindsey of sound mind, the two of them actually had similar personalities and hobbies. By the evening, Sophie was actually a bit reluctant to leave. It had been a long time since she talked to someone like this.
