Flora Instinctively reached to write but stopped herself, remembering Connor was present. Writing herself would surely give her away.

“For now, her life isn’t in immediate danger. To cure her completely, well proceed once I have all the necessary items, Flora stated.

Flora’s eyes twinkled with amusement. The notion of her being close for convenience was clearly Connor’s way of keeping an eye on 

her. 

Had it been anyone else, she might have left already. But since it was Connor, well, his decisiveness and masculinity were just too appealing. 

Her voice carried a hint of amusement, “Alright then, I stay.”
