Flora’s Guide to a Second Chance at Love and Life novel Chapter 1335

Their eyes practically popped out of their heads!

What on earth just happened?

Their guy Nash got decked!

And by a girl, no less!

It had to be some kind of fluke, right?

But—

Ten minutes later, as they watched Nash sprawled out on the floor, not moving an inch, the room went dead silent.

Nash lay there, staring at the ceiling with a dazed expression, feeling like life had just hit him with a freight train. He lifted his arm to cover his face in disbelief.

Meanwhile, Fiona, looking as cool as a cucumber, picked up her backpack, slung it over her shoulders, and casually walked around him to her seat. She took out a book, plopped it on the desk, and sat up straight like a perfect model student.

Everyone was like: “......”

What’s with the goody-two-shoes act now, when you just floored a six-foot dude with one punch?

“Dang, this girl’s got some serious grit...”

“She even managed to take Nash down, that’s pretty insane!”

A bunch of guys swallowed hard, still trying to wrap their heads around the crazy scene they just witnessed.

“So, is she our new leader now?”

“Do we gotta start calling her ‘boss’ or something?”

The group still found the whole situation hard to believe.

Just then, Nash, lying on the floor reevaluating his life choices, finally came to terms with the brutal reality. He propped himself up and got to his feet.

Everyone quickly remembered him and rushed to help him up.

“Nash, you alright?”

“Nash, man, you’ve got a fist mark on your face!”

“Buzz off!”

Nash shoved them away, annoyed, and headed back to his seat, a storm cloud of frustration hanging over him.

In the next fifteen minutes, the whole class 9 went all out to make Abby feel welcome, getting her a special pink water bottle and setting up a cushion and small blanket for her.

No way were they letting Flora catch a chill!

……

Meanwhile, in class 2.

Louise was working on math problems, but her eyes kept darting to the watch on her desk.

It had been twenty minutes since that transfer student walked into class 9. Surely, there should be some news by now.

Why was it so quiet?

“Louise, just wait and see, that girl’s probably getting a reality check from Nash as we speak. She won’t last a day at Westbrook High,” the girl next to her said, trying to score some points.

Louise didn’t respond, but a smug smile crept up on her lips.

“Louise! Louise! Something’s going down in class 9!”

Suddenly, someone burst in, looking like they’d seen a ghost!
