Find me in your labyrinth (Stella and Jonathan) novel Chapter 2498

Estelle shared Sophia's concern, "After Robin let her go, she must be holding a grudge against you. Who knows what she might do? You've got to be careful, especially with Jason away. Why don't you come stay with me?"

Sophia shook her head, her short, breezy hair fluttering slightly, "I don't want to be a third wheel! It's fine, I'm staying at Jason's place. The neighborhood has strict security, and the office has its own guards. Diana won't have a chance to get to me!"

Estelle responded, "I'll keep looking for Diana."

"Okay," Sophia nodded, then asked, "What about Tina? What's going to happen to her?"

"She'll be blacklisted and fired," Estelle's voice was cool and decisive.

Sophia knew that being blacklisted meant the end of Tina's career. She didn't sympathize with her but couldn't help feeling a bit regretful, "I really didn't expect it to be her. We got along quite well."

Just when they were getting to know each other, it all ended!

"You should think about whether she has anything else that could harm you," Estelle said seriously.

Sophia was startled for a moment, then shook her head, "No way, other than the photos she took to frame me with Connor, I haven't done anything else. What else could she possibly accuse me of?"

Estelle replied, "I'm just worried, but hope for the best!"

"Don't worry!" Sophia flashed an OK sign, "You and Mr. Lamont go back to your date, I won't keep you any longer. I'm heading home too."

"Call me if you need anything!"

"Will do!"

After dealing with a major issue, Sophia felt relieved and waved goodbye to Estelle with a smile.

Estelle and Jonathan got into the car and left.

The issue had been resolved, but she hadn't told Jason.

Better let him focus on his work!

After dinner, while Jason was busy working, Sophia lounged on the couch binge-watching her favorite series. She took a moment to check the news online.

Connor and his ex-wife Grace had both issued apologies. Connor's message detailed the incident, clarifying that Sophia hadn't taken his money and expressing regret for the negative impact their personal dispute caused Sophia and Snowy Studios. He was willing to compensate for all damages.

Following that, Grace also released an apology, explaining she had only intended to get back at Connor by stirring trouble between him and his mistress, resulting in the leaked photos and false reports. She too apologized publicly to Sophia.

Both apologies seemed sincere, without any reservations.

Thus, the scandal wasn't about bribing a designer at all but a tangled web of personal vendettas, with Sophia and the studio caught innocently in the crossfire.
