Juniper?
"Pfft—"
Ebony Fox couldn't hold back, a helpless laugh escaping her lips.
Talk about absolute intimidation. How was he supposed to win now?
You really had to feel sorry for him.
"What's the third challenge?" Juniper asked casually, eating some ice cream as she walked in.
"Here! Hiding the wedding shoes!"
Coralie pulled out the bridal shoes she had prepared earlier, her eyes curving into happy crescents. "He has to find the shoes before he can take the bride away!"
"Oh."
Juniper was very familiar with this game. Back at her wedding, the shoes had been hidden in Arthur's stroller.
Shanley was smart, so finding it was a breeze for him.
But with Kurt's brains...
If she actually tried to hide it, he legitimately wouldn't be able to find it.
Then the wedding would be canceled.
Besides...
This bridal suite wasn't that big. There really wasn't anywhere good to hide them.
"Where are you going to hide them, Juniper?" Coralie asked curiously. "You're not going to go easy on him just because he's Shanley's brother, are you?"
"No need to go easy." Shanley, holding Juniper's coat, trailed in behind her. "The suffering I went through, he should taste it too."
Coralie: Is this really his own brother?
"Give them to me." Juniper threw away her ice cream cup and took the shoes.
She scanned the room and ultimately decided to just place them on the table.
Then, she sat down next to the table and started playing on her phone.
"???"
Everyone else was completely baffled. Was Juniper actually going to let him off that easily?
That didn't seem like her at all!
While they were still confused, the groom arrived.
The door to the suite opened.
Everyone immediately gathered behind Ebony Fox, staring intently at the entrance.
Kurt, holding his bouquet, stood in the doorway. The first thing he saw was his stunning wife.
Wow.
His wife was so beautiful!
He had a beautiful wife!
Tears of joy were just about to well up when he noticed the people standing behind her...
This didn't look like a wedding pickup; it looked like an execution squad.
Looking at his wife made his heart race.
