A Mate for the Latecomer novel Chapter 67

"tsk..tsk..tsk...oh Jea how kind of you to cross my friend's mate border. I knew I would find you here," I say and move in front of Eric and his pack warriors.

I have been tracking this bitch for so long but I haven't even got a grip on her, she was good in hiding and has made several threats on Elle's life. I know Jea and these guys are from the past they have reincarnated just because the moon goddess has taken in reconsideration the request of Eric.

I know that his love for her has won her heart completely and therefore granted that one wishes for him.

She knew it wasn't his fault that he mated Claire before her 'fate could be blame too for playing on their lives as there were a lot of occasions they could have met but fate make sure they never did until later on and that's how cruel fate is to these two mate.

Jea and I go way back before these two were born she was as persistent in living life after life with different names as she could not be killed easily.

Not until she met Kyon a werewolf Alpha she fell in love with and hope to be with, sadly the Alpha loves another she-wolf. Kyon looks alike with Alpha Zeus and the woman who took his heart looks the same with Elle.

She wasn't Elle, Fiona was an aunt of hers but could be line of her ancestor and only Elle has her traits and the beauty she upheld except their hair and eyes are way different.

It was unfortunate that Elle was born and Jea became her friend. No matter how many years we, the warlocks live and die and if we came back to life we always remember our enemies.

I then turn back to Jea who gritted her teeth "it's been such a long time Drusilla' I know I sounded childish by calling her after a witch in children's Disney but hey I love everything about this world.

She sneers at me "you bitch I wish you die" she spat at me "unfortunately the moon goddess wouldn't, you see some of us are good and the moon goddess always make sure we are around to fuck up people like you" she whispers under her breath but I knew too well what she was doing with a flick of my finger everyone disappears except for me and the bitch.

"Did you think I would let you harm those my friend and her mate," she grins "too bad it's already done" I squint my eyebrow before I could get a grasp of her she disappears and I was brought back to the place I was with Eric and his warriors these time things are in chaos.

There are rogues, hunters and surprisingly vampires in this pack attacking them. I cringed moving fast my fingers snapping and muttering a spell under my breath and looking up I link them all 'oh no, you won't hurt them.'
