Myra and Ian happily accepted Jack's invitation. Although they were in their early 20s, they were perceptive enough to recognize who to keep close and who to stay away from. Jack was undoubtedly someone they should get to know much better.

During dinner, Feena called, expressing her interest in visiting a distinguished friend with Jack the next day. She didn't share who this friend was and only mentioned that Luca and Bella would follow along too.

"Also, you've been in Tarthy City for a while now, but I haven't prepared a car for you. I'll give you the keys to all the cars in the garage. We have a Rolls-Royce and a Bentley, but I don't think they're to your liking.

"Why don't I buy a few sports cars for you? How about a Ferrari, a Bugatti, or a Pagani? If you're still not satisfied, I can buy you a limited-edition Batmobile.

"If you want it now, I can get someone to fly it in. We also have a few cruise ships. It's fun to bring it out for a spin, enjoying the wind and tide."

Beside them, Quintis laughed heartily. "Jack, I'll give you everything when the time comes. By the way, do you know how to fly a plane? A small plane or a helicopter, perhaps? You can consider getting a pilot's license and bringing your girlfriend on the plane. It's the easiest way to win a girl's heart!"

"Yes! Your father's right, Jack. You can fly your own plane and travel overseas, or even around the world," Emily suggested with exaggerated gestures. Then, she asked, "Jack, when are you going to introduce us to your girlfriend?"

"Oh, now is not the time," Jack said hesitantly.

He felt somewhat pressured. What troubled him most was that Feena knew about his foster parents, Jeffrey and Helena, but he hadn't the faintest idea how to explain this complicated relationship to Feena.

Emily thought Jack was worried his girlfriend couldn't handle her enthusiasm, so she said, "Don't worry. It'll be like bringing a friend over for a cup of coffee. I swear I won't ask too many questions and will host her warmly. You ask her what she fancies, and I'll buy it for her. Does she like emeralds, diamonds, or other gemstones?
