Felix didn't stray too far from the public security office. He sent a few of his men to guard outside the office and also called others.

The more he thought about what had happened today, the more dissatisfied he was.

As the general manager of Starlight Entertainment, Felix usually wielded power like a storm. Huge celebrities who basked in fame bowed to his every whim. Yet today, he found himself utterly humiliated by a lowly singer with humble origins.

After ending the call, Felix lounged in the backseat of his Bentley with a cigarette dangling between his fingers. His mind imagined scenes of how he would deal with Jack once he had him in his grip. At this moment, Felix suddenly saw a group of tattooed men walking toward him with machetes. He knew his reinforcements had arrived, so he quickly got out of the car and waved at them.

"Come here, you useless bunch of human garbage! What are you looking at? Get your asses down here."

The group ran toward him.

Then, one of them with a buzz-cut and a dopey expression asked, "Are you Mr. Chambers? Hugo sent us."

Felix took a drag from his cigarette and snapped, "You bunch of useless trash! What took you so damn long? You wasted five precious minutes of my time! Do you think you can afford to waste my time this way?"

The punks were annoyed at Felix's tone. Their heads drooped slightly, and their eyes darted around doubtfully.
