07 - Chapter Seven - Emerald Victorian's Point Of View.

I put the robe on and looked at myself in the mirror. I looked so weird. I looked so much like a woman, but also a man. I watched the time on the clock tick by. This was something I wasn't used too.

6:00 pm

It was time for my date, the door opened and I saw Lucca. He was dressed in a robe as well but he was black and grey. It was simply beautiful on him. He took one look at me and I could see the lust in his eyes, he was mesmerized by me. His eyes seemed to light up.

" You Look... So Beautiful." He said softly as he walked towards me.

" Thank you," I said blushing and tilting my head down so he wouldn't see my blush.

He took my hand and led me out of the room, he walked me out front towards his car.

" I'm going to put a blindfold on you, but it's alright, okay?"

" Okay, I trust you "

He put the blindfold on me and led me to the car, gosh he is so lucky that I trust him because I was terrified of being blindfolded. The car ride was long and quiet but Lucca kept his hand in mine keeping me calm.

Lucca soon stopped the car and led me out, we were outside. I could feel the grass on my toes from my open-toe sandals. Lucca stopped and got behind me and took the blindfold off.

" You can open your eyes, little mate"

I opened my eyes and my mouth hung open, there were candles all around a table that sat on a circle piece of cement that was pretty much surrounded on all sides with water. I was in complete shock. the place was so beautiful.

" What are you thinking about little mates?"

" This place its... it's so beautiful, how did you find this place"

" It was the place my parents got engaged and I would like to continue that tradition," he said, I watched as he got on one knee and held my hand.

"Emerald, I know we have been together very long but I am completely sure that I want to spend the rest of my life with you. would you do me the honour and be my husband."

Tears were streaming down my face and I was sure I looked awful from all the crying I was doing.

" Yes Lucca, yes yes yes yes yes"

He slipped the ring on my finger then he grabbed me in his arms and gave me the most heartfelt kiss I had ever had, it was like he poured his heart into me. He took my hand and walked me to the table, he pulled my chair out.

" I will try, but I must confess I am not the best dancer my love."

" You could step on my feet all night long and it would be the best dance for me"

"Lucca I ----"

" Emerald I Love You "

" Lucca, I was going to say I Love You, but you beat me to it so I will say I Love You Too from the bottom of my heart."

After we danced Lucca took my hand and led me back to the car, he said he had another surprise for me, I watched as we drove by the house to a smaller home just down the street about a half-mile. He handed me a box and a card. I opened the card.

Dear Emerald,

If you are reading this note it means you have agreed to be my husband, I can not promise times will always be the best and that we won't have a million children, or that I won't have sex with you in the kitchen. but we will get through it.

Inside this box is the key to our future.

I opened the tiny box and inside there was a key and papers to the house we were standing in front of. Lucca led me up to the door and had me unlock it. I unlocked it and he brought me inside, it was dark but the moment he turned off the lights I was speechless there was no way I could put my emotions into words, but the tears told Lucca everything he needed to know.
