Yes Daddy (by Red Inkling) novel Chapter 44

Author’s POV

“I don’t like this mum” Irene groaned, settling into a sofa while her mum stood a few meters away from the sofa.

“What I don’t like is you acting up on this tiny issue” Irene’s mum replied.

“Tiny issue?” Irene sat up.

“You call this a tiny issue? I told you I like that girl. I want to go out with her” Irene said in a loud voice.

“And you will go out with her, Irene but after Lorden gets what he wants. He is not killing her. He is just going to threaten Lucius Devine with her life” Irene’s mum sipped the wine from the glass cup she had in her hand.

“And if Lucius Devine doesn’t cave in? What if he doesn’t care about her that much to cave in? Then she will be killed?” Irene asked.

“Irene” Her mother said in a small groan and dropped the glass of wine on the table.

“He clearly cares that much for her. That is why we were unable to get her today. If he didn’t care, there would not have been men protecting her. So don’t create fake scenarios in your head. She will never know you were involved in this and when it is over, you get her as your girlfriend” Her mother assured her and Irene very reluctantly rested back into the sofa. 1

“I hope so” She mumbled.

“Have you asked her if she is gay or bi, though?”

“I haven’t. I am taking things slowly. As long as I am by her side, I am sure she will love me” Irene said with hope in her heart. She would have rather not get involved in all of this but she had been born into allegiance to Lorden and she could not do anything against that.

She had also approached Lisa with a completely pure intention. She had only been informed of the need to aid the kidnapping of Lisa a day after she had found out that Lisa was involved with Lucius Devine and she had been left with no choice than to comply with Lorden’s orders. But as soon as this was over, she was going to ask Lisa out. 1

LUCIUS POV

“You are really beautiful” I whispered as I dropped Lisa gently on the bed in her own room that I had had arranged for her. I had changed my mind and decided she was staying in a room or her own. 1

I had dressed her up in my shirt, despite the fact that I had stocked her closet an there was a whole lot of PJs I could pick for her. I just loved seeing her in my shirt.

“You really think I am beautiful?” Lisa asked as I pulled the sheets over her.

“Very beautiful, Cupcake” I whispered to her and kissed her forehead before pulling away.

“Are you going to sleep in your room?” She asked with a soft look on her face.

“Yes, I should” I replied her, hoping she would not say any other thing than goodnight.

“Should? Why don’t you just stay here with me for the night? It’s just to sleep and wake up tomorrow morning anyways” She said with a soft pout.

“No” I looked away from her cute face that was trying to convince me to stay by her side all through the night.

“It’s not the first time we are sleeping together for the night, is it?” She asked, going on and I could not suppress the groan that left my throat.

“I know and I am really sleepy after being fucked by daddy…” She giggled softly.

“But my mind is still disturbed. Was it really just an instinct that you asked me to be picked up?” She asked and I gently patted her hair.

“Don’t disturb yourself with that. I need you to just be confident about one thing”

“And what is that?”

“I will always protect you”

She raised her head up to look at me.

“Sure?”

“Do you doubt me in the slightest?”

“No, not at all” She smiled and I pulled her back to my chest, wrapping an arm around her and keeping her close to me.

“I will keep you safe. Trust me” I was talking to her and I was talking to myself. My grip tightened around her, knowing fully well that the person who wanted her dead was still very well alive and unknown to me. I knew at that moment that I would do anything to protect her. Protective wasn’t bad, right? Me being protective of her was very normal. As long as I did not get too possessive of her, as long as I didn’t grow super greedy of her and as long as I was willing to let go of her when she found her own man, it would be okay.
