"Mm…mmmm…help me Hen…" Stella screamed as she was terrified. With so many people surrounding her, she did not have an idea what would happen next, "Mmm…"
Stella's tears were strolling down her face.
Henry faintly heard "Help me Hen…", as the image of Monique and Angel being kidnapped came floating in his mind.
'Is Monique in trouble?'
Henry suddenly opened his eyes.
His head was throbbing in pain.
He beamed around the interior of the car.
He could make out that he was still in his Maserati and no one was in the driver's seat. He felt as though he saw Monique's figure back in the pub. 'Perhaps it was her?'
'But where did she go off to? That shriek of help…'
Henry developed an unpleasant feeling like something bad happened. His whole body was wobbling as he got down the car and heard a babble of talk ahead.
Then, the sound of a man roaring in a low voice was heard, "You b*tch, if you continue shouting, I'll just f*ck you right here."
"The whole lot of you, stand right there!" The drunkards were stunned when they heard the cold voice.
That low and domineering voice brought along a vibe no one would dare defy.
The temperature of the surrounding area suddenly plummeted.
They turned around but no one was seen behind them. They fixed their gaze to have a proper look and saw a man with a towering silhouette coming out from behind a car.
"Hen, save me!" Stella shouted.
Her face was stained with tears. Her hair that initially was combed tidily was now messy and her little face looked fearful.
Henry finally managed to make out that it was Stella who was being captured.
'This whole lot of people are digging their own grave!'
"Let go of her!" Henry ordered.
Blood filled up the tiny vessels of his eyes as he glared at the drunkards.
The gang recovered. Even though the gentleman standing in front of them had a domineering spirit, he was still all by himself. Besides, no matter how much he pretended to be calm and steady, it was not hard to make out that he was drunk as well.
