I assigned her to write a press release on it and she just photostated last year's press release. She did not even bother to change the details of the event" Hannah flipped a blind eye.

After hearing what Hannah said, the rage within Amelia slowly faded away. She teased, "I never expected that there’ll be someone even more absurd than our newcomer. Ours also joined us yesterday. She doesn't seem to know how to operate a computer or even surf the net. I noticed that her typing speed was absolutely slow, she types letter by letter and needs to look at the keyboard while typing. I'm curious about her identity. "The newcomer in your department is just having a technical problem but her attitude seems fine to me. As long as she's willing to learn, I'm sure she’ll overcome it in no time. Amelia agreed with Jackson as she picked up the bottle on the table reluctantly and filled it with water. She could only blame her own fate for not knowing someone influential to back her up.

However, she could not help but to say disdainfully, "Say, don't you think that woman's a bit weird? Despite wearing luxurious attires, she's using such an ordinary water bottle."

Hannah asked, "Is that so? Could it be that she rents her clothes?"

"Impossible. The clothes she's wearing now are of the latest designs. Yesterday, she wore Dior's latest design and today, she's wearing Chanel. To add on, her purse is from Gucci. The quality looks exquisite and brand new. I guess she just bought it as it doesn't look like it’s rented or that it’s a second-hand product." Amelia wished that Monique was renting those clothes and the purse. However, Amelia was rational enough to not think of it in that way.

Amelia worked hard up till now and only managed to have a monthly salary of a few thousand bucks. She admired Monique for not working, and still being able to afford to wear a full set of branded clothing.

Hannah and Jackson started admiring Monique after hearing what Amelia said.

This woman should be at least from an affluent family.

Being able to meet with the chairman face to face was a blessing for any ordinary employee like themselves.

Amelia suddenly thought of another reason for it as she said, "Besides, the chairman will not assign her to be a planning assistant if she's his girlfriend."

"I've got to return to my work." Amelia excused herself after filling the bottle up with water. She realized that Assistant Manager Walt was still waiting for her. Amelia made her way to his office. Hannah, on the other hand, had no intention of getting up as she just sunk in the chair.
