Monique hesitated for a moment, then she wrote down, ‘Father, Henry Moore. Father and daughter relationship. Contact number 1888886XXXX. Emergency contact number 1888886XXXX.’
In fact Monique was hesitating if she should put down Louise’s phone number as emergency contact, but she decided to write Henry’s number after a moment of hesitation. Forget it. She would be his lover for two years. She would change it after two years.
Henry looked at her elegant handwriting. He smiled happily. She had admitted that he was Angel’s father. It clearly stated him as the father and Monique as the mother.
Moreover, Monique had even memorised his phone number.
Ms. Campbell looked at the extraordinarily handsome smile on Henry’s face, how attractive!
“Ms. Campbell, here you go,” Monique stated.
“Sure.” Ms. Campbell recovered and realized that she was staring at someone else’s husband. She was feeling awkward.
“Is that all?” asked Monique as she eased the awkwardness incidentally.
Ms. Campbell was admired by Monique’s generosity for not being critical over her misbehaviour. Her smile turned more welcoming. “Everything is fine. Could you please sign over here? We will need your husband’s signature too.”
Ms. Campbell handed a pen and the form over to Henry.
Monique was stunned. She frowned as she was about to say, ‘It’s fine.’
However, Henry took over the pen and signed flamboyantly. His signature looked so gorgeous.
Ms. Campbell was very happy after she had a look. His handwriting looked just like himself.
He was such a handsome man and looked so cool even when he was writing.
Henry’s eyes turned gloomy. He looked at Monique sternly.
Monique did not dare to look back at him because she could already tell his face stiffened up without the need to turn back and look. She could feel the stern look from him.
Monique told Ms. Campbell, “Ms. Campbell, use this card.”
Monique did not want to use Henry’s card so she had never brought his card with her. She knew that she would not be able to compensate him for it if she lost it.
Ms. Campbell could also feel the sharp look from Henry. She shivered. She was reaching her hand out to receive Monique’s card but stopped halfway as did not dare to take the card from Monique.
Henry took out a gold card from his pocket gracefully. It similar to the one he had given to Monique and threw it in front of Ms. Campbell. His movements seemed inexplicably elegant.
