Wrong Ride, Right Lover novel Chapter 115

Henry's eyebrows raised as he saw Monique, "Well well, missing me already?"

A sound of a deep and attractive voice, along with some teasing, was heard in her ears.

Henry's deep and attractive voice was so pleasant to everyone's ear except for Monique who did not feel the same way.

"Who the hell misses you!" Monique's corner of the eye twitched. Ignoring Henry, she grabbed hold of his hands and pulled him away from the scene.

There were just too many people around including Angel which was not a good spot to have their discussion.

"See, you even took the initiative and pulled me, still trying to deny." There was some innocence along with Henry's cold tone as he strode in big steps, following Monique from behind while at the same time lifting his hand, pointing to prove to her that Monique was the one who grabbed hold of his hand on her record.

The workers in the company saw it with their own naked eyes.

'Indeed, this woman was way too spontaneous.'

'Just how shameless this woman can be, seducing other men in public.'

'Oh my, this guy was really lowly.'

Monique glared at Henry. If her glare was able to kill a person, then there would already be numerous knife flying out from her glares to do so.

Henry was not feeling vexed at all, as he casually said, "You’ve seen it right, the castle that I build. The whole family can play together."

Along with his cold tone, Henry was trying to pleased Monique, as though he was waiting for Monique to praise him.

However, such a tone was like a provocation to Monique. Monique's clenched her lips, pulled Henry to a staircase, and flung his hand away as she roared, "Didn't we just agreed yesterday? You promised not to give Angel too much hope, not to be her Daddy. But now you're going back at your words, what are you trying to do?"

The surge of rage dwelling within Monique's bare chest came blasting off towards Henry.

Eyes widely opened, teeth clenched, Monique decided that the handsome man in front of her was a rogue.

"Who do you think you are to treat Angel so well. No matter how well you treat her, you're still not her father, you can't provide her the love forever!"

Tears that she tried so hard to hold back now ejecting from the corner of her eyes and, rolling down her cheeks as her eyelashes were now moistened.

Henry frowned seeing her suffering looks as he raised his hand, attempting to wipe off the tears from her eyes.

Monique pushed his hands away in a disgusted manner.

The gentle expression was now no longer seen as Henry resumed his cold expression.

"I'm Angel’s father and I'll take good care of her forever." His deep and attractive voice had the imposing aura as he curled his lips and his eyes that could make anyone withheld their breath.
