Whispers of betrayal (Selena and Ryan) novel Chapter 61

Chapter 61

“Anastasia, you know the best about your father’s condition. You can’t blame us for that.” Meredith knew that she could not have a complete fallout with Anastasia. Otherwise, it would be troublesome for her to embroil in a lawsuit.

“Ikk! Mom, why are you afraid of her? When Alastor abandons her, she is nothing. She’s only luckier than me to meet Alastor earlier. If I go to the blind date, I will marry Alastor.” Sienna rolled her eyes.

Anastasia was silent for a long time before she whispered. “What did you say to Alastor?”

Her tone was very calm.

She just wanted to know what Sienna said and what Alastor believed.

“Are you feeling guilty? Who doesn’t know the embarrassing things between you and that jerk named Jace?” Sienna, ran into the room, took out some items that once belonged to Anastasia, and threw them on the table.

Anastasia looked quietly at the items on the table, which she thought had long been lost.

It turned out that they were all stolen by Sienna.

There were sonte sketchbooks yellowed, diaries, and some drawing albums she liked.

“You’re disgusting.” Sienna opened a drawing album that contained nude paintings of a young person.

Anastasia thought it was ridiculous. She could not attribute that to art because everyone had different understandings of art.

In the eyes of dirty-minded people, everything was obscene.

Anastasia never explained anything because it would not make any sense to explain to people at different levels from her.

“When you lived with Jace, he was not yet an adult, right? You’re disgusting. How can you draw this kind of thing?” Sienna flipped through the album in disgust

Anastasia leaned against the couch while hearing the buzz rung in her ears

Sienna was superficial, probably because she was not educated. Anastasia wondered about Alastor

“Look at your diary full of darkness, redemption, and light. Jace is the love of your life, your redemption, and your light. You have someone else in your heart when you’ve married Alastor for four years”

Sienna sat on the couch aside and continued. “Anastasia. I really admire you. You only take Alastor as a substitute when he’s such a good man.”

Meredith laughed sarcastically. “You’re stupid. He’s a boy who has nothing and can’t even support himself. You choose a poor guy over a millionaire.”

Anastasia kept silent. She took her yellowed sketchbook quietly, tenderly smoothed the folds, and gently wiped it with

tissue.

“Mrs. Meredith Lawson, you are suspected of intentional homicide. You have to come with us!”

Meredith was shocked that she had her mask dropped. She looked at the policeman in disbelief. “Are you mistaken”

“Take her away! Goodbye, dear Meredith.” Anastasia stood up with a smile and waved at Meredith.

Only then did Meredith realize the situation. “Anastasia, you frame me! You little bitch! You frame me! You’ll suffer a terrible death!”

Anastasia stood there numbly.

If she could drag those demons to hell, she would be eager to suffer.

Anastasia had nothing to be afraid of

“Anastasia, what have you done to Mom? What did you do? Sienna looked at Anastasia in horror. She tried to go after Meredith but looked at Anastasia, terrified.

Anastasia strolled to the side of the living room and pointed at the surveillance cameras she had already installed. “You should ask your mother and her adulterer what they did to Dad. Your mother and Mr. Lowe are old but shameless. They are so disgusting. The couch you’re sitting on…”

Anastasia mimicked Sienna’s tone and continued with a smile, “I have the broadcast record here. I can give it to you if you

want.”
