It’s been three months now and we’re finally able to see the little baby bump on Bella’s tummy.
I remember how excited she was when she first showed me.

“DADDDD! OMG DAD COME LOOK!”
I ran out of my room to where I heard my daughter screaming for me.
I started to panic.
Is she hurt? Oh god I really hope she’s not hurt, especially our child!
I found her in the bathroom with her shirt rolled up as she stared at herself smiling in the mirror.
I instantly calmed down, relieved that nothing was wrong.
But now I was confused as to why she screamed for me.
“What’s wrong?” I asked confused.
I watched as she rolled her eyes. “Can’t you tell dad, look!”
She turned her body to face me and then pointed towards her stomach.
Seeing that I still didn’t get it, she turned her body back towards the mirror so I could she her from a different angle.
It still took some time to register, but I finally understood.
There were different levels to my excitement.
Level one, I gasped.
Level two, my eyes went wide.
Level three, I looked up and down from her tummy to her face frantically.
And finally, level four, I screamed like a fan girl.
After my four levels of excitement, I picked her up and spun her around giving her multiple kisses on her face.
“Omg Bella I’m so happy!” I said smiling ear to ear..
“Me too! You should have seen my face when I had first seen it!”
“When I got in the bathroom I was just doing my thang. Then, as I was about to leave out I STOPPED.”
“I looked into the mirror and seen that my tummy had grown, at first I thought damn I’m getting fat, but then I realized that it was THE BABY!!”
“And that’s when I screamed for you” she explained.
I looked down towards her tummy again and I got down on my knees. I held her tummy between my hands and gave it three long kisses going horizontally.
