Unrivaled Dragon Lord novel Chapter 88

Maxwell looked at Isadora at the bar. "How do you know him?"

"I don't know him. He came and told me that he knew me." Isadora pursed, "It happens from time to time. I've gotten used to it."

Maxwell nodded, with a thoughtful look in his eyes. Andreas, in Maxwell's mind, was a man of purpose. He could not possibly have approached Isadora simply because she was beautiful.

"I have always hated high society because I feel they are too hypocritical, with those formalities, superficial gentility and something like that. They are all wolves in sheep's clothing." Isadora ordered a cup of iced tea and took a sip.

"This kind of genteelism is disgusting, especially in this metropolis, a home to hypocritical men. That's why I came to Ocean City," Isadora said.

"Your family seems to be well off," Maxwell said.

Isadora gave Maxwell a puzzled look. "How do you know?"

"I knew it from the first time I saw you smoke lady cigarettes. Not ordinary people can afford it. And your clothes. Your clothing shows that you are a well-off lady." Maxwell said lightly.

Isadora was a bit stunned and displeased. "Is it so obvious that you can see it at first glance?"

Maxwell shook his head. "The average person can't tell..."

Maxwell didn't finish his words, but a man like Maxwell could easily see it.

"You are observant." Isadora smiled faintly. She would have been like a pure girl if she hadn't been in uniform.

But she was in good shape, and wore a smile that would evoke a man's desire.

Maxwell smiled meaningfully. What Maxwell didn't say was that if he couldn't understand such simple things, he could have been killed in Syria...

"Did that man say anything to you just now?" Maxwell asked.

Isadora shook her head. "What's wrong?"

"What I want to ask is, didn't you just say you booked a room?" Maxwell smiled evilly, "Where's it?"

"There's a hotel right across the street from the bar, and we can go there after the drink," Isadora said.

"All right," said Maxwell, feeling excited. He had been in Ocean City for half a year. When he was abroad, he got used to free and romantic life. But when he returned to China, he had never been in a relationship with a woman. He had almost forgotten what it felt like!

Today, he could finally have a wonderful night!

After drinking, Maxwell and Isadora walked out of the bar and toward the opposite hotel.

Far down the road, in a black Mercedes, Andreas, sitting in the back seat, stared at them like a hunter-gatherer.

"Mr. Andreas, I have my camera." One of his assistants hurried over to the black Mercedes and handed the camera through the window.

Mr. Andreas nodded and snapped, "You've got to get some pictures of them walking into the room, from beginning to end."

"Yes." The man had the camera in hand, stealthily approached Maxwell and Isadora.

"Max, I will not let you stay in the Bole family so peacefully." Andreas lit up a Cuban cigar and its aroma soon filled the air inside the car.

Since Maxwell provoked him publicly outside the bathroom of the bar, then he naturally would fight back!

Didn't Max care about that bitch Greta the most? Then he would use Greta against him!

After Maxwell and Isadora walked into the hotel, Andreas's assistant sneakily approached them and took the pictures.

Stepping on the floppy carpet in the long hallway, Maxwell and Isadora followed the receptionist to Room 306.

When they just entered, "Are you going to take a bath first or me? Maxwell sat down on the couch, and asked.

"To take a bath?" Isadora smiled, then leaned close to Maxwell. "How do you want me to take a bath?"

"How about bathing together?" Maxwell laughed.

"No, I don't think it is good if a group of people rushing in when we are bathing." Isadora raised Maxwell's chin with her fingers.

"What do you mean?" Maxwell frowned. Why there would be a group of people?

"What do you think?" Isadora took a pack of cards out of her bag and threw it on the bed.

Maxwell froze... 'Cards? What did she mean?'

"You're not taking a bath?" Maxwell asked.

"Do you really think I'm that kind of person?" Isadora glanced at Maxwell, smiled and said, "Just to get you here to play cards with me together."

"What's wrong with you, Ms. Greta?" Maxwell wondered.

"It's none of your business," Greta responded coolly.

All of a sudden, the phone in the president's office rang and Greta picked it up. "Send it up," said Greta lightly.

A document was sent into Greta's office. Greta gently opened the document and the photos slipped out one by one.

"How could..." Greta was stunned. She picked up a photo and stared at the scene of Maxwell and Isadora walking side by side, laughing and talking.

And then Maxwell walked in a hotel with Isadora and then Maxwell walked out of the hotel.

When Maxwell looked down at the photos, he too was stunned.

"Ms. Greta, you have to let me explain..." Maxwell said embarrassingly, "We were just playing cards and we did nothing else..."

"You don't have to explain." Greta picked up the photos, rose to her feet, and slammed the document at Maxwell. "Get out!"

Greta finally flared up! The entire CEO's office seemed to be shaking!!

Maxwell did not hesitate to open the door and scampered out of the president's office embarrassingly.

Maxwell wanted to explain to Greta when she had cooled down, but moments later, two security guards walked toward him.

"Mr. Kirk, Ms. Greta asked us to take you out. Please." Since many people in the Sandoval Group knew that Maxwell was in an ambiguous relationship with Greta, they dared not be against Maxwell.

The Sandoval Group had a wide range of opinions about the relationship between Maxwell and Greta. Some said Maxwell and Greta were lovers, while others said they were just boss and employee. But some said that Greta was after Maxwell.

"I will leave myself." Frustrated, Maxwell was driven out of Sandoval Tower by two security guards.

Maxwell tried to call Greta, but he was speechless.

His wife had blacklisted her!

Dragonlord, famous abroad, and even made a sensation in Beijing, China, was blacklisted by Greta!

This was the first time Maxwell had received such treatment.
