Unmasking Mrs. Newton's Secret Identities novel Chapter 695

Charlie was obviously enraged.

Priscilla, who had always been arrogant, disregarded his reaction and only assumed that he didn't understand her. Adjusting her expression, she said condescendingly, "Then, I'll make it clearer."

With a pause, she turned to look at Helen. "Helen, the people you had a conflict with today are from the Lindvall family, one of the prestigious families in Glendale. The Lindvall family and the Newton family have been on good terms, and there is a lot at stake.

"If the two families fall out, it will bring unimaginable trouble. What I want to say is, why don't you let the two kids of the Lindvall family go? That will allow the two families to be at peace. What do you think?"

"Kids?" Helen sneered. "Are you sure kids will be able to do what they did?"

Priscilla was taken aback by Helen's gaze, and she took a while to resume her arrogance. "Anyway, you have to put the interests of the Newton family before everything if you want to be my daughter-in-law.

"Keep in mind that you're Chandler's fiancée now, and everything you do will affect the Newton family. Do you want the whole Newton family to clean up the mess caused by your recklessness?"

As soon as Priscilla finished speaking, Charlie waved and swept the glass beside him to the floor. The glass shattered, wetting the floor.

"Then, she will not marry into the Newton family!"

He had disapproved of Helen engaging much with Chandler because he felt that the relationships in the Newton family were too complicated, in addition to the previous incident involving Zac.

But Helen always put in a good word for Chandler in front of her grandparents, saying that there must be something unique about the Newton family for it to be able to be what it was today. Thus, her grandparents didn't force them to break up.

However, after witnessing Priscilla's attitude today, Charlie decided to break the engagement between the Newton family and the Spencer family, regardless of whether Helen was right or wrong in the matter they mentioned.

"No one sent me over. I'm a reporter, and I have the right to take photos and appear in public places. Mr. Newton, you're too sensitive."

"Oh?" Chandler exerted his force and dislocated the man's left wrist.

The man wailed in great pain.

Chandler was calm as he reached for the man's right hand. "Now, it's this…"

"I'll tell you!" The man immediately gave in and said with a shaking voice, "Madam Newton sent me over. She wants me to keep track of your whereabouts. I'm just doing my job. Go blame your mom if you want!"
