Chapter 190
Chapter 190
Wayne was absolutely fuming. Hudson had really gotten under his skin.
With the way Hudson was acting, Wayne knew that no matter where he went, Hudson would just fag along right behind him.
Wayne grabbed Hudson by the collar, his voice low and menacing. “What’s your problem, huh? What are you trying to pull?”
Hudson just shrugged, totally unfazed. “Nothing much. Just wanna talk to Sienna, same as you, Why are you getting so worked up, Wayne? Ivot a gond look for you.”
“Get lost,” Wayne growled, his voice dripping with warning.
Hudson smirked, not backing down at all. “Why don’t you take a hike first and show me how it’s done?”
Wayne almost lost it at that, but forced himself to stay cool. He patted Hudson’s shoulder, his tone icy. “Suit yourself. Stand here as long as you want.”
‘Not like you could get to me anyway.‘ thought Wayne.
“Wayne, just say what you want to say,” Sienna said, her voice calm and steady.
She stood tall and proud, her cool, indifferent expression givin

Wayne swallowed hard, looked down, staring into Sienna’s eyes, clenching his hands tightly behind his back. He was so nervous that his palms were sweating.
“Sienna, I’ve been wanting to tell you this for ten years now,” Wayne said, his voice low and steady.
Sienna listened in silence, lifting her eyes to meet those captivating eyes of his.
“What?” she replied.
The sea breeze swept by, taking away some of Wayne’s nerves. What rushed in was the thunder of his own heartbeat pounding in his chest.
“Sienna Hart, I like you,” he said, his voice steady and sincere.
Sienna’s pupils contracted sharply, and she stood there in a daze. The sea breeze swept by again, bringing a damp chill, and people all around stopper
their tracks.
Hudson, who’d been secretly filming, was so startled he almost dropped his phone. He’d just wanted to get some dirt on Wayne, but he never expecter
to catch a full–on confession.
‘Shit!‘ Hudson cursed to himself.
He fumbled to put his phone away, wanting no part of this drama. Especially not when it was Sienna’s drama.
Sienna remained calm as ever, but Wayne’s words sent a faint ripple through her. She parted her lips, just about to respond, when suddenly a shadow darted over and landed a punch squarely on Wayne, knocking him down.
Wayne’s face darkened. He wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth with casual indifference, a menacing hostility radiating from him.

Night clenched his fists, his eyes like knives. He wanted nothing more than to kill Wayne right then and there. ‘Why? Why does everyone have to try and steal what’s mine? I had no one left but Hazel, Thorn fumed.
“Whether I’m worthy or not isn’t for you to say,” Thorn shot back. “You know what? She’s been by my side for the last ten years.” Wayne had long suspected there was more going on between the two of them, but hearing Thorn say it out loud still stung like hell
It felt like a knife twisting in his chest. ‘Ten years? Seriously?‘
Wayne’s eyes went cold as he demanded, “Then tell me, what are you two now?” Jealousy crashed over him, nearly short–circuiting his brain.
‘If he really was with Sienna, things between them wouldn’t be this awkward,‘ he thought.
Thorn went rigid, his face turning ashen. That expression said it all. Wayne instantly knew things weren’t at all like he’d imagined.
Wayne felt a weight lift off his shoulders. He brushed himself off with calm composure and shot Thorn a mocking smile. “Mr. Noir, you really do flatter yourself. Here I was thinking you were actually something special.”
Thorn was shaking with rage, murderous intent practically rolling off him. He snapped, “Shut your mouth! Wayne, what makes you think you can even compare to me? You’ll never understand what she means to me!”
Wayne grabbed Thron by the shoulder, yanked him close, and leaned in to whisper words meant to cut straight to the heart.
“You third–rate clown,” Wayne hissed. “I’ve loved her for eighteen years. We grew up together. Who the hell do you think you are?”
