The Year I Was the Other Woman To Myself novel Chapter 810

Natalie tossed a few parting words at Marico and stepped out of the car, but before she could walk away, he yanked her back behind the vehicle, leaning in for a kiss.

Natalie's anger still hadn't faded. Seeing him act like such a creep, she instantly slapped him across the face again.

The smack echoed loudly in the quiet lot, but this time, Marico didn't get angry. Instead, he shamelessly pressed closer, trying to take advantage of the situation.

"I seriously want to rip your face off just to see how thick your skin really is!" Natalie snapped.

Marico caught her raised hand, quickly kissed her knuckles, and just as she was about to explode, he whispered, "Hamilton is watching us right now."

Natalie froze. What was Hamilton doing here? But before she could confirm it, Marico kissed her again.

"If you push me away now, he's going to know this is a setup."

Thinking about how she had just slapped him, Natalie realized Hamilton was probably already suspicious. While she hesitated, Marico wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her deeply.

She glared at him but didn't pull away. But her lack of resistance only emboldened him. Not only did he deepen the kiss, but he effortlessly lifted her up, sitting her on the trunk of the car as his hands started wandering, taking complete advantage of the performance.

The kiss was intoxicatingly deep, leaving Natalie's head spinning. Dazed, she leaned against his chest, completely surrendering to his dominance.

"God, why do you smell so good?"

"Get off me."

"You are so incredibly soft. I love how you feel."

"Get off."

"If we weren't outside right now, I would take you right here."

"Get off."

Natalie only knew how to use those two words to reject him, but if slaps couldn't keep him away, words certainly weren't going to stop him. He only grew bolder, his fingers tugging at the edge of her clothes.

Natalie gritted her teeth. "If you try anything else, I swear I'll... Mmph..."

Marico stole another kiss, then chuckled against her lips, feigning surrender. "I wouldn't dare. You want to slap me again just to be safe?"

"You don't care about him! You don't love him! You're just using him!"

Hamilton chased after her, his voice echoing in the night.

"You blame me for driving you into his arms, but I didn't! All I wanted was for you to come back to me, but you... you completely ignored my feelings! You're the one who ruined our relationship! I should be the one who hates you!"

"Do you honestly think you can survive my hatred, Natalie?"

"You think Marico is some kind of untouchable shield? He's nothing!"

"Don't you get it? I'm giving you one last chance! Just one!"

"Natalie! If you just come back to me..."

Natalie stopped dead in her tracks. Just as Hamilton thought she was finally reconsidering, she let out a cold, mocking laugh.

"Never gonna happen."
