The Wife You Buried Is Back from Hell novel Chapter 834

Alexander's sudden move had disrupted his plans, but it also made him realize he could wait no longer. He had to act, and act quickly.

He picked up his phone and dialed a number. "It's me. I need you to find the whereabouts of Danielle and that child. I want every detail. And get ready. I'm going to have a little ‘talk' with Alexander."

After hanging up, Nathan rose and walked to the window, staring down at the city below.

Night fell.

Alexander had just returned to his own villa when Nash entered, holding a file. "Mr. Davidson, I have men watching Heather. She stayed in the villa after her call. Nathan has already sent his people there. He also had someone look into Miss Crawford and Niki's movements."

Alexander's eyes turned to ice as he murmured a few quiet instructions.

"Yes, Mr. Davidson," Nash said with a nod before leaving.

Alone in the vast villa, Alexander stared into the night. He took out the fountain pen Danielle had given him, his thumb stroking the cool metal engraved with the name "Davidson."

A bitter, unyielding ache settled in his heart.

The first thing Nash did after leaving Alexander's villa was call Danielle.

He knew she was worried about Alexander and had a right to know what Nathan was planning. More importantly, with Nathan now investigating her and Niki, she needed to be on her guard.

Now, everything had changed.

"Thank you for telling me," Danielle said, her voice regaining its composure, though her knuckles were still white. "Please tell Alexander to be careful. He doesn't need to worry about me and Niki. I'll protect us."

"I'll pass that on," Nash replied, adding a few more words of caution before ending the call.

Danielle put down her phone and leaned back in her office chair, her thoughts in a turmoil.

Nathan's ambition was far greater, and his methods far more brutal, than she had ever imagined. Now that he had targeted her and Niki, she had to come up with a plan, and fast.

She immediately texted the nanny, telling her not to take Niki out in public for the time being, and contacted her building's management to request increased security.
