Rogart seemed relaxed on the surface, but he was a little nervous on the inside. It would be embarrassing if Jewel refused his request.

Jewel shook her head quickly and replied, "No, but I need to think about it."

She thought of Sheryl when she replied. It would be so much better if Sheryl was by her side to advise her. Unfortunately, Sheryl had gone back to The Legendary Island of Dragons to report back to Shandy while Jewel cultivated in seclusion in the Carter family home.

When she finally made up her mind, she said to Rogart, “Your Excellency, give me two days to think about it. After I’ve made up my mind, I’ll find you at the Heavenly Alliance. How about that?"

Initially, Rogart was a little worried. However, a smile spread on his face immediately after he heard Jewel. "Alright. I shall be waiting for you at the Heavenly Alliance."

Then, he signaled to Cayden and the others to leave with him.

As soon as Rogart left, Dax looked upset. "Are you really going to take Rogart to the dragon clan?"

Jewel shook her head and gazed in the direction Rogart and his men had left. Then, she mumbled, "I can't be sure because my sister told me that we shouldn’t reveal the location of The

Legendary Island of Dragons to others. That's why I didn't agree right away. Let's go back first. I’ll get Sheryl’s opinion once she’s back."

Then, she had a look at Dax’s injuries and was relieved to see Dax was just suffering from the impact of his multiple falls. Then, Jewel, Ambrose, and Dax left Jade Peak and returned to the Carter family mansion.

Meanwhile, Rogart, Cayden and the others had gone back to the Heavenly Alliance Altar. Along the way, Cayden was ruminating about what had happened. He was curious as to why Rogart was so polite to Jewel.

Finally, he could not help it anymore and he asked, "Dax is so arrogant, so why did you spare him? Even if Jewel is powerful, you are from the Godly Region, Divine Lord."

"What do you know? I’m making concessions so that we can get more at one go in the future. How else can I gain their trust and get them all at one go if I don’t do that?" Rogart calmly replied.

Cayden pondered after listening to Rogart. Then, he laughed all of a sudden. "I think I get it now.”

Rogart was too lazy to carry on with this useless conversation and waved his hand. "Enough of this. Tell everyone to gather at the Altar; I have an important announcement to make.”

"Yes, Divine Lord!" Cayden responded quickly and then went ahead to complete the task.

Half an hour later, there were several rows of seats at the Altar and nearly a hundred seats were already filled with people, all of which were the Sect Masters and leaders of various forces who had joined the Heavenly Alliance.

On the throne, far in the Altar, was the black-clad Rogart. He looked calm but his intimidating aura as the Divine Lord filled the space. On either side of him were eight seats. Sitting on these seats were eight slender and charming figures. They looked graceful and fairylike in their long dresses. These women were the remaining eight members of the Nine Saint Oracles: Xenia, Yennie and the others.

They were surprised to be summoned by Rogart all of a sudden. None of them dared to speak rashly as they were not sure what was going on. The eight members of the Nine Saint Oracles were equally confused and curious.

‘What is Rogart doing with so many people gathered here?’

For a moment, the entire hall fell silent.

Finally, Rogart cleared his throat and smiled before addressing the crowd, "I have summoned all of you here today because of something really important. It concerns the rise and fall of the Heavenly Alliance and also the honor of each and every one of you."
