Chapter 4029
“I want that b*stard to regret disrespecting me! I want him to regret not being my lackey!”
“I’ll pay him back tenfold!”
“He won’t even get the right to be my lackey when I’m done with him!”
Naturally, everything that happened in Blackburn City didn’t make Ellen feel any regret or sorrow…..
Rather, her heart had been completely blinded since then.
She didn’t let it all go, despite meeting his Prince Charming.
Rage and vengeance had consumed her completely.
“You’ve been looking down on me this whole time, Harvey! You’ll pay for that!”
“I want you to see me flourish! I want you to see me bask in my glory!”
“Just you wait!”
“You’ll regret it soon enough!”
Ellen raised her head, a prideful look on her face.
Noemi smiled faintly.
“You can’t be reckless from now on, Ellen. You need to be clever about this!”
“After the ceremony, we’ll basically be a part of the John family!”
“With their name, Harvey will have to respect us wherever we go in Country H!” 1
Noemi stood up, still shaking her glass of wine when she squinted at the sea in front of her.
She was imagining the sight of Harvey kneeling in front of her and her daughter..
“You’re overestimating that b*stard, Mother!”
Ellen puffed up her chest with a lofty expression.
“Simply put, even a hundred Harveys wouldn’t be able to compare against such a prominent figure!”
Ellen had a cocky look on her face.
It was as if her Prince Charming would be able to give her a strong comeback and reclaim her glory once and for all.
“You’re right! You’re absolutely right! As expected from my daughter’s brilliant mind! An outstanding son–in -law like that is obviously way better compared to the likes of Harvey and Eden!”
“I’ll make sure to drink my heart out at noon!”
Noemi had an elated expression, as if she was perfectly satisfied.
Ellen froze after hearing Eden’s name again.
She revealed a disdainful glare before chuckling coldly.
“We’re already in Heaven, Mother. We don’t have to think about what happens to the people below us anymore,” she said coldly with a cold glare.
“Everything is past us now…”
