Chapter 3935
Harvey York looked at the sight without giving a direct answer.
“Thank you, Director.”
The director kept slapping Rico Padlow around before he exclaimed, “Apologize to Sir York this instant!”
“I’m sorry, Sir York! I’m really sorry!
Cold sweat was covering his entire body while he kept bowing.
“I was wrong! I’ll get everything done right now!”
“While you’re kneeling.” replied Harvey
“You hear that?! Do that while you’re kneeling!”
Gael Padlow could guess what had happened after hearing Harvey’s words.
Gael instantly kicked Rico down while he gritted his teeth. He wanted him dead so badly at this moment.
Harvey almost crippled the entire Padlow family, and yet Rico was still showing off in front of him regardless.
Gael’s rage was not quelled then. Rico’s face was utterly swollen after taking a few more kicks in the face.
Rico would not dare to stand, nor did he fight back. He had no other choice but to endure everything.
When Rico looked like he was just about to pass out, Harvey spoke up.
“Let’s stop beating him up for now.”
“Thank you, Sir York! Thank you!” exclaimed Rico while he constantly bowed.
“You can continue when he’s done with his job.”
Harvey showed a calm expression on his face. He did not even look Rico in the eye.
Rico’s face immediately darkened, but he would not dare talk back. He picked up the files on the ground before crawling to his workplace.
Harvey was indifferent when he saw the sight.
If he had no power in the South Sea, a small fry like this would have pushed him around.
Nobody knew just how much an ordinary person would have to endure to do their business here.
The building was thirty stories tall.
Many big businesses here would choose to set their workplaces here. Even the South Sea’s three great families had their own offices here.
Safe to say that this place was Blackburn City’s very own financial center.
Other than that, the place was quite close to the harbor. The salty and refreshing air could be felt all the way here.
Harvey lightly nodded after taking a look around the office building.
“We can start looking for people to work on the building now. Let’s start with the structure of the company.
“We’ll have to find a suitable factory for production. We also need a proper-looking storefront…
After seeing Harper’s hasty look on her face, Harvey let out a sigh.
“Forget it. I’ll handle this. You deal with recruitment. Leave the rest to me.”
Harvey thought about the situation. Maybe he would need a few people from the Sky Corporation to help
out.
