Chapter 3218 Ansel Torres‘s expression worsened when he strutted forward.
Vivian Hall and her partner‘s hearts skipped a beat before they approached Ansel. “Director Torres!
“What brings you here?”
Vivian felt her heart racing.
“There‘s no way that this is happening, right?‘
“Did you arrest a man named Harvey York?” exclaimed Ansel coldly, without wasting a single second.
“Where is he?
“I need to see him right now!”
Cold sweats were dripping down Vivian and her partner‘s heads while their eyes were twitching.
‘It‘s real!
‘It’s all real!
‘Harvey did call Director Torres just now!
‘He got all the way here in just ten minutes!.
‘But...

“Why didn‘t you call me the moment you arrived here, CEO York?
“If the brothers from Sword Camp know that you were locked up here, they‘ll raze my entire house to the
ground.”
Ansel showed up in the interrogation room five minutes after reading the case documents.
He respectfully stood beside Harvey while showing a bitter smile. He would not even dare sit down.

After taking a sip of Ansel‘s tea, Harvey smiled.
“I‘ve been retired for three whole years now. There‘s no need to bring that up.
“I came here because of an accident anyway. That was why I didn‘t call you earlier.
“Of course, I wouldn‘t want to disturb your peace if I had no other choice.”
Harvey chuckled.
“I wouldn‘t be here if that weren‘t the case now, would it?
“There was no need to call you then.
“If I guess correctly, Joseph Bauer‘s probably involved in this matter.
“He must be pleading for me in person at this point, isn‘t he?”
Ansel stood frozen for a moment before he made a phone
call.
“You‘re right! He showed up and bought off a few inspectors to forge fake evidence for you so that you won‘t be charged!
“If this goes through, you‘ll be released without a scratch.
“But, even though the law would deem you innocent, the people here wouldn‘t say the same! You‘ll be in big trouble if that happens!
“Flutwell‘s a lot different compared to other places. The entire place is an underworld on its own.
“There are other ways to deal with people if the law doesn’t get the job done.”
